AWOLNATION – Documentary

As you many or many not know I like a bunch of songs from AWOLNATION.  While looking at some things on RedBull.tv.  Discovered there is a mini documentary.  Most talking about how they got to were they are now. Up to the point before the new album, called Run, come out.  Gave it a watch and it was pretty interesting.  If you want to check it out you can see it > here on the RedBull TV site.  All so found someone put it on YouTube.  Not sure how long that will stay up. Batman: Arkham Knight

The new game Batman: Arkham Knight is now out after many delays.  Have been looking forward to playing this game for a very long time.  Have not bought it yet.  Because am still The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.  The plan is to get a copy for myself on my birthday.  Have been eyeballing getting the the limited edition.   Have never bought one of these for any game.  Thought it would it would make a nice give to myself.  Amazon.ca doesn’t have any (on June 24, 2015).  Might call round to see if any local place might have it before I pick up the standard version.

On another Batman note.  There is a Batman Arkham Knight Vol. 1 hardcover graphic novel will be out soon.  It will be out on July 14, 2015.  Will be putting that on my list to buy.

Yamaha XT225 Wash And Wax

Has been far to long since I have my Yamaha XT225 a good wash and wax.  Think the last time was in October  2014.  The weather was very nice today (June 28, 2015) and the bugs were not bad.  Well they found me when I was all most finished.  Have about about 514km so far this year.  That is mostly going back and forth to work.

 

 

Marvel’s Daredevil

I know Marvel’s Daredevil on Netflix was released back in April (2015).  And most people have watched all 13 episodes by now.  I have not. I know, I should be yelled at for taking to long.  However watched two more a day so ago.  About about half way though the season now.  It has been a while since the last time I watched a few episodes so I forgot a little bit of who was who and what was going on.  That didn’t last too long because this show is awesome.  It has set a new standard not only for superhero shows but TV shows in general.  My plan is not to wait to long before watching the rest of the season.  If you haven’t check this out yet.  Do so right way.

Under The Dome: Season 3

This past Thursday (June 25, 2015) the third season of Under The Dome with a two hour premiered.  There are some changes this year.  First off the show will air on Thursdays.  Which I think is a good move.  All so there is a new show runner this season.  So I am hoping this will flow much better.  The past season was all over the map.  Which didn’t really good until the last few episodes.  Which ended with a big cliff-hanger.

The show picked right up right were the second ended.  Which was good.  Then this got a little weird which keep you listened to see what will happen next.  Then finally got some real answers had the dome is run. Well some what because some more interesting stuff happened.  Not sure how the rest of the season is going to play out.  If it keeps on track from what I seen in the premiere it will be the best season.

Slam – Lifetimes

Was going thought some of my old MP3 files.  Trying to decided what song to pick for this weeks musical throwback Thursday.  A lot, were like why did I even like this song.  Then came across.  Lifetimes by Slam.  This is the only song I know by them.  Turns out they have eight albums and about 54 singles.  A long with many other works.  Going to have to check their other work.  Lifetimes was released in 2001.  Give it a listen > here or below.

PlayStation Plus Renew

About a week ago got an email from PlayStation saying my PlayStation Plus membership would be up in seven days.  A few days ago before I remembered to buy a new card.  When I did remember go and buy one.  That night turned on my PS4 and went to the Store.  But it would not  load.  The next day get an email saying I have one day before it expires.  So just tied again and it loaded.  Put the code and with a few press of the X button.  Have PlayStation Plus for another year.  Think it is well worth the money.  Every month there is a lest one game I want to try.

Fear The Walking Dead: Promo

There is a very shot video promo out for Fear The Walking Dead.   It shows a guy, who is named Nick, looking scared running from a building.  The big info from this promo is that the show will premiere in August 2015.  Was hoping it would be in July.  It will have a run of six episodes.  So I am guess it will be later in August because it would run though September right up until the premiere of season six of The Walking Dead in October.  Well that is my guess.  You can see the promo > here or below.

Mad Max – E3 2015 Stage Demo

Last week from June 16 to 18 (2015) was E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo).  Where was all kinds of great gaming news this year.  With lots of awesome games coming out.  One of which is Mad Max.  Which I am looking forward to playing.  Have to share a video from GameSpot.com.  Every year they have a stage demos.  Where they talk to the people that the games while someone plays them.  There is one for Mad Max.  In which we can see some of the real gameplay.  Not sure if someone was playing it live while they talked about.  Doesn’t really matter.  We get to see how the car combat works all so how get some some of the upgrades.  They all so explain how the different car upgrades will work.  Not all the part work well together.  It all depends on how you want to play.  All so get to see some of the weapons and a bit of exploring.  The game is set to be out September 1, 2015.  You can see the stage demo > here or below.

Top Gear Series 22: Update # Two

A few posts back talked about how there will be one more episode for series 22 of Top Gear.   The new episode will feature two unseen films.  One for each of the missed episodes.  Which will be put into one extended episode.  When this info was first out there was not air date.  That is were the update number two comes in.  It will air June 28, 2015.  Which is a Sunday.  Think this is a good way to end the series and the show in this format.  In other Top Gear news.  Chris Evans will be the new host of the show.  According to the article > here.  He will be the new lead of a new line up.  Not sure who or any many other co-host there will be.  Time will tell.  They did say the new show will start production in the next few weeks.
