DC Universe Online Update

Few posts back talked about DC Universe Online and saying I was going to play it as a single player game until I got bored.  Well I did get bored.  That being said did have some fun.  After playing three mission the game loop was the same.  Sure most games are like that but.  The in-between stuff can make those games better.  From what I can tell there is there non of that.  I might give it another try some time later.  Just to run around the map to see what I can find.

So I couldn’t wait to read this one, year three the complete collection. This comic is based around the videos game series that shares the same name, Injustice: Gods Among Us. PlayStation Plus December 2020 Game’s Line-up

The list of free games for PlayStation Plus members for December 2020 is now out.  For many months now they have been giving us only two games.  This month we get three.  Only one I am interested, Just Cause 4.  Do own the third game it is fun.  This one looks even better.  You can read the official blog post > here.  Then start downloading December 1, 2020.

Have added another game to my backlog, Kingdom Hearts III.  Have never played any of these game before.  Have might have tried a demo at some point.  It just the look of them never interested me.  Since PS4 games are and will be going cheap from now on.  Took the chance a bought a copy.  Not sure when I will get around to try it.

Chantal Kreviazuk – Surrounded

That day of the week again, musical throwback Thursday.  The pick this week is Surrounded by Chantal Kreviazuk.  She was on TV doing an interview so my not pick one of her best songs.  Which happens to be off her debut album, Under These Rocks and Stones, released in 1997. The music video, which you can see > here or below is a bit dated,  but the song is really good.

The Grand Tour Presents: A Massive Hunt – Official Trailer

I was right in guessing we would find out soon about a new The Grand Tour special.  It is the one they filmed in Madagascar.  All so guessed right it would air in December.  On November 18, 2020 they put out the official trailer and the name of the special.  It is called The Grand Tour Presents: A Massive Hunt.  You can see the trailer > here or below.  We don’t have to wait too much longer.  It will be on Amazon Prime December 18, 2020.  I can’t wait to see it.

GTA Online – The Cayo Perico Heist

It has been a long time since there as been a big DLC for Grand Theft Auto Online.  I was guessing they would be holding off until there next gen version of the game.  Well I was wrong.  Last week they announced The Cayo Perico Heist.  This is a pretty big deal because it is adding a new location to the game.  Another big change is this heist is it can be played solo.  All the other you needed four people.  There is not much more to go on just let.  There is the article linked above and a teaser trailer.  Which you can see > here or below.  This update is set to be out December 15, 2020.

DC Universe Online

When I first bought my PlayStation 4 many years ago.   Gave the free to play MMORPG DC Universe Online a try.  I didn’t make it past the opening tutorial level.   Well the other night decided it another try.  The graphics are a bit date now.  And the menu screens are not that user friendly.  However once I figured out how some of the games works did have some fun.  Like every free to play game they want you to buy fake money with real money.  Wouldn’t be doing that.  What I am going to do is just playing it like a single player game and see how far I can get or get bored.

Cyberpunk 2077 Night City Wire: Episode 5

As we get closer to Cyberpunk 2077  (again) to being out. They put out another episode of Night City Wire.  This is episdoe five and it is the last one.  They talk about the character Keanu Reeves plays, Johnny Sliverhand, show some behind the scenes stuff, talk about the sound of the game and at the end there is a new gameplay trailer.   The video is 30 minutes long.  But you don’t have to watch the whole thing because they have the clips from this in standalone videos on their channel.  As for the episode you can see it > here or below.  Can’t wait for December 10, 2020.
