AWOLNATION – Burn It Down

That day of the week again, musical throwback Thursday.  The pick this time is Burn it Down by Awolnation.  Have been a fan of theirs for years.  Now that their first album, Megalithic Symphony, ten years old now I can pick one of their songs.  They have lots of good ones of all their albums.  You can check out this one > here or below.

AWOLNATION – The Best

Am a big fan of AWOLNATION.  Over the years have made posts taking about songs I like from them.  Well the have a new single out called The Best.  It will be off their upcoming album.  Not sure what it is called or when it will be out.  Just know they have an official music video out for the song.  Which you can see > here or below.  Like the song a lot.  Looking forward to hearing the rest of the album.

AWOLNATION – Handyman (Live)

Have blog about AWOLNATION many times.  Really like their music.  Their newest album, Here Come the Runts.  One of the song called Handyman all ready has a official music video.  Which you can see > here.  The song is really good.  When a few days back the put out another video of them doing the song live at a bunch of concerts.  Like this version even better.  You can see/hear it > here or below.

AWOLNATION – Passion

Am a fan of AWOLNATION’s music.  They have a lot of awesome songs off their first two albums.  They have a new one in the works coming out in 2018 called, Here Come the Runts.  There is a single with a official music video.  The song is called Passion.  Really digging this song.  You can see/hear it > here or below.

AWOLNATION – Documentary

As you many or many not know I like a bunch of songs from AWOLNATION.  While looking at some things on RedBull.tv.  Discovered there is a mini documentary.  Most talking about how they got to were they are now. Up to the point before the new album, called Run, come out.  Gave it a watch and it was pretty interesting.  If you want to check it out you can see it > here on the RedBull TV site.  All so found someone put it on YouTube.  Not sure how long that will stay up. AWOLNATION – Kill Your Heroes

While this weeks musical throwback Thursday song is not that old.  Going to share it any way because I rediscovered the song a few days back.  It is Kill Your Heroes by  AWOLNATION.  Which is off the 2011 album Megalithic Symphony.  I like a lot of songs on this album.  Like their most popular song, Sail.  All so really like Burn It Down, People and Soul Wars.  You can check out Kill Your Heroes > here or below.  It is a really good song had it stuck in my head for days.

They do have an new album.  Which came out on March 17, 2015 called Run.  The first single is called Hollow Moon (Bad Wolf).  Which you can see/hear > here.  It is good as well.

AWOLNATION – Soul Wars

It has been over a year since I have posted a AWOLNATION song.   Enjoy these guys music so I thought I would share another one.  This is another great song, Soul Wars, off their album Megalithic Symphony.  While there is no official video there is on right off their YouTube page.   It has the lyric over a slide show.

I know I posted an AWOLNATION song a few days ago called Sail.  Really like their songs.  This one is called Burn it Down.  It is so much different than Sail at first I didn’t think it was the same people.  Give it a listen.  The video has some great energy that fits the song well.

Have a new favourite song I want to share.  First heard it last night while watching this > video.   The song is called Sail by AWOLNATION.  It if off their album Megalithic Symphony.  Did a search on YouTube to see what other songs they have.  Found two other I like as well, Burn it Down and People.  They all have a different sound to them and each on is cool.
