gCreate Official Rocket Ship Update

Got some more paint on the gCreate Official Rocket Ship 3D model I am working on.   Was looking for some sliver paint.  The only one I could find was Folkart Silver Anniversary Metallic.  Put the first coat on the rocket.  It turned out much better than I though it might.  Have three coats of white now base/smoke part of the model.  Have a few coat on the flame part, but think it needs some more.  Once it’s done will take some pictures.

House of the Dragon – Official Trailer

As we get closer to August (2022) HBO has but out a new trailer for House of the Dragon.  Which you can see > here or below.  This one gives us a much better look at the show.  Must say it does very much look like Game of Thrones.  Which is a good thing.   Years ago I read the book this show is based around, Fire & Blood.  Enjoyed that a lot.  Do hope the show is good.  But sadly I will have to wait for it come out on Blu-ray before seeing it.  Don’t have HBO Max or plan to get it just for one show.

The Walking Dead Season 11 Part 3 Trailer

I was right the showed of lots from The Walking Dead world at the 2022 comic-con.  In the trailer which you can see > here or below.  We get a good look at last eight episodes.  They all so tease that the walkers are changing.  Like being able to climb and open doors.  Found that very interesting.  This will make them more of a problem for any show that comes after this.  They all so gave us a date, October 2, 2022.  Will be sad when the show is over but looking forward to seeing how they wrap it up.

Hall & Oates – Out Of Touch

That day of the week again, musical throwback Thursday.  The pick this time is an 80’s classic, Out of Touch by Hall & Oates.  this is off their 1984 album Big Bam Boom.  Like I said this song is a classic, which you can see hear on the radio all the time.  You can give it a listen > here or below.

No Man’s Sky Expedition: Polestar

The eighth expedition, Polestar, for No Man’s Sky is out now (July 27, 2022).   Played all the other but ever finished the seventh one called Leviathan.  While liked the idea of the permadeath/roguelike.  Just found it too hard and not every fun.  This one the other hand looks great.  The others you have five to six weeks to complete it.  Have download the patch for it.  Going to give it a try have supper.

Tenet On Netflix

Have read some good news.  The movie Tenet is coming to Netflix this August (2022).  Have wanted to see this movie ever since the first trailers appeared.  Have all ways like the Christopher Nolan movies I seen.  So am pretty sure I will like this one.   Still need to watch his Dunkirk film.  When that came out did try and see it in theaters but it was sold out when I went.  That did come to Netflix at one point.  But wasn’t on there ever long and missed out.  So not going to miss out with Tenet.  As soon as it’s on the services will watch it with in the week.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection Release Date

In my last post talking about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection.  Guessed it might be coming out soon-ish.  Well it turns out it will be very soon. Then announced a release date of August 30, 2022.  That is not too far way now.  My plan is to get a copy on disc for my PS4.  You can check out the release date trailer > here or below.

EconoFil™ Standard PLA Filament Arrived

The EconFil standard PLA in black > here from Filaments.ca arrived in the mail on (July 18, 2022.)  Took about a week to get here.  Which is not too bad but it still cost me $22.00 in shipping.  Back in November (2021) the cheap shipping was $17.00.  Not sure how quickly I will be getting to use this PLA since I just open the last roll of the other PLA I had.  Just hope this stuff is just as good or better.

Robocop Statue Yet Another Update

Yet one more update post about the Robocop statue, > here at Printables.com I am working on.  Have more the parts glue together now.  For the most part they were easy to do.  Add some glue and the I would use rubber bands to hold them together until it dried.  The tricky part is the legs.  Was trying to figure out how to hold them in place.  At first was going to do each leg separate.  That didn’t work.  So, glued them at the same time.  Then managed to get a band in the right place to hold.  After that put some paint bottles in front and back of the feet to stop it from moving.  This seemed to work.  As I am typing this, just finished doing that.  Will check on it tomorrow.  Fingers crossed it holds.

2022 Comic-Con + The Walking Dead

The comic-con that takes place in San Diego, is happing this weekend.  July 21 to 24.  What’s great about this is, they all ways have trailers and info about all the cool upcoming shows/movies.  I think there will be a new trailer for Tales of The Walking Dead.  Since that show August 14, 2022.  All so think there will be a big trailer for The Walking Dead’s last part of season 11.  Am thinking that will start to air some time in October.
