Batman: Return Of The Caped Crusaders Trailer

A few post back talking about a new upcoming Batman animated movie.  Which is called Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders.  This is based of the late 1960’s Batman TV show.  Will feature three cast members from that show, Adam West, Burt Ward and Julie Newmar.   In that post said there wasn’t a trailer out yet.  Well there now is.  You can see it for yourself > here or below.  I think it looks great.  Just know it will be pretty funny as well. The movie will be out on digitally October 11 then on Blu-ray/DVD November 1, 2016.  Will be picking up a copy for sure.

The Grand Tour Interview

If you are a fan of Jeremy Clarkson,  Richard Hammond and James May and their old show.  You may know they have a new one in the works called The Grand Tour.  Which will air on Amazon.  They have posted a very nice interview video with Andy Wilman.  He is the executive producer of this new show as well he used to produce them on Top Gear.  In the video, the interviewer asks him all kinds of question about how the show came together and the like.  It is about 34 minutes longs.   So if you are a fan and have the time check it out > here or below.

Car Model Kit

The car model kit and supplies I order came in the mail the other day (August 25, 2016).  Took a week to get here which is not bad at all since the stuff came all the way from B.C..   The kit is the Hornby Airfix Ford Fiesta RS WRC Car.  It is a 1:32 scale.  Which I didn’t realize is pretty small compared to kits I put together when I was kid.  All so bought a tool kit > here.  Not sure how good it will be.  But better than using an old pocket knife.  Just need to get some glue and paint.  In that department.  Plan to keep it simple.  May be three to four colours.  Below are some pictures of the items.

  

 

The Walking Dead: The Complete Sixth Season

Made a post back in early July (2016) about the complete sixth season of The Walking Dead.  Which was out on Blu-ray/DVD August 23, 2016.  Well I forgot to pick up a copy that day.  Was in the store to get something else then left.  When I went home got think there was something I want to buy.  Then I remembered.   So the next day after work went over and picked up a copy.   There seems to be a lot more bonus features this  time around.  The biggest one they are toting is an extended version of the last episode featuring an alternate Negan scene.

PlayStation Plus Subscription Price Increasing

Have just read some very bad news.  Which has me pissed off.  The price of the PlayStation Plus membership is increasing by a lot.  Am very aware the prices are all ways going up.  However the price increase for a years membership is crazy.  Starting September 22, 2016 a years membership will be $70 (Canadian money).  That is a twenty dollar increase.  Which is ridicules.  The other plans are going up as well.  The three month plan will be $30, used to be $18.  The one month plan will be $12, used to be $10.

Of course they put a stupid statement, “The new pricing reflects the current market conditions while enabling us to continue providing exceptional value to our members.”   You can read the full post > here.  Am not very happy about this.  Pretty sure there will be a lot of people will not be renewing there membership.

Am thinking I might just buy another years membership while it is sill $50 and just had it to my account.  That way I will not have to worry about it again until 2018.

Batman: Return Of The Caped Crusaders

Have some cool news to share if you are a Batman fan.  More importantly if you are a fan of the late 1960’s Batman TV show.  There is a new animated movie in the works called, Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders.  What makes this special other than it being based of the 60’s TV show it will all so has three of the actors lending their voices.  Adam West, Burt Ward and Julie Newmar will be staring.  There isn’t a trailer yet.  How ever there is an announcement animated video which you an see > here or below.  From the tone and look of that video am pretty sure the full movie will be pretty awesome.  The movie will be out on digitally October 11 then on Blu-ray/DVD November 1, 2016.  Will be picking up a copy for sure.

“Weird Al" Yankovic – Smells Like Nirvana

That day of the week again, musical throwback Thursday.  Wanted to switch things up again this time around.  Decided to pick one of the many awesome Weird Al Yankovic’s songs.  If you never heard on of him.  Either you live under a rock or very young.  He has parodied so many hits songs over the years.  They have become hits themselves.  The song I have picked is Smells Like Nirvana off his 1992 album called Off the Deep End.  This is a parody  of Smells Like Teen Spirit by Nirvana.  Give it a watch/listen > here or below.

Model Kit And Supplies

A few post back talked about model kits and how I used to put them together has a kid.  Will have ordered one online.  As well as a few supplies.  The three things I order are from Amazon.ca.   Are a four set paint brushes and a tool set, which you can see > here.  Never had any a tool set before so this will make putting the kit together mush easier.  The mode kit is a Hornby Airfix Ford Fiesta RS WRC Car.  You can see what that looks like > here.    All I have to get now is some paint and glue.  Going to get those locally.  There is a craft store in town I hope has the glue.  We be back with an update when the order comes in.

Fear the Walking Dead Season Two Second Half

Oh man the second half of season two for Fear The Walking Dead started airing this past Sunday (August 21, 2016).  Have looking forward to seeing what will happen after all the fall our from the first half.  They did not disappoint.  Felt like a whole new season.  This first episode back mainly focused on just one character, Nick.  It was very well shot.  One the best looking episodes to date.  Got to see more of this backstory.  Which blends into how he reacting to the world around him now.   Looking forward to the season now.

Grand Theft Auto Online Hours Played

Have made a few post in the past talking about the hours I have played in Grand Theft Auto Online.  Making another one because.  Have played a little over 327 hours and am level 147.  That is a lot.  The best part was never bored once during that time.  Mostly because they are all ways adding new content.  So it makes it easier to set news goals at getting a new car or some thing else’s.  The last time I played they had a sale on the Buzzard helicopter for 50% off.  Was convicted by my brother to by it since we play this game a lot with me.  We all ways have a blast.  Now we can blow stuff up with the Buzzard.
