It has been some great game news. Not only is Assassin’s Creed 3 out yesterday (Oct 30, 2012) but Rockstar games has put out some awesome news. Grand Theft Auto V will be out in the spring of 2013. My guess will be some time in May. They all so say starting November 5, 2012 there will new new info out about the game. Can’t wait to hear/read/see what they put out. There will be some new wallpapers as well. When I get the news will share. This is my all time favourite game series.
So excited got my copy of Assassin’s Creed 3 on lunch break today. Can’t wait to play it so this blog post will be a bit short. Will come back later with an update on how it is. Got my copy at Wal-mart. It came with a steel case with a codes for a Pirate Flintlock and a bonus mission. The stick says it comes with a copy of Assassin’s Creed II. But I don’t see it. May be there is a download code I missed. But it doesn’t really matter since I own that game all ready. The steel case I pretty cool. Don’t think I will use it. However the art art work on it is very nice. Just might leave it out to look at it.

Played about two hours. Wow, wow this is awesome. It has the Assassin’s Creed feel but with a new a better look/feel to it at the same time. This it the best looking Assassin’s Creed yet. Only ran into on small glitch. During a conversation the guys mouth was not moving.
Went to a wresting, ACWA (Atlantic Championship Wresting Alliance) show at the Membertou Trade and Convention Center last night (Oct 28, 2012). It has been over a year since I seen one of these independent wresting shows. Like going to his shows. So much more fun watching live. Seeing the crowed go nuts. Doesn’t really matter if you know how the wresters are. Because you call all ways tell who the good and bad guys are. Took a bunch of pictures but they all turned out shitty. This is another reason why I am thinking about upgrading to a new one.
Watched the Grand Theft Auto Anniversary Show over at Gamespot.com. This show was to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the first GTA game and the 10th of GTA: Vice City. I remember very well when this game came out. Played the hell out of this it. So today decided today to give it a play again. I have a old PS3 that plays Playstation 2 games. After the game loaded and started to play. It all came back to me. Found it difficult to control at times. So used to how games have improved over the years. How ever it is still a good game. But even better if you cheat a bit.
Back yet again talking about Assassin’s Creed 3. We are so close to the game launch. Have not been this excited game in a very long time. Four more days. My plan is to go to Wal-mart on my lunch break to pick up a copy. Was toying with the idea of picking up the collectors edition. But $120 seems like a lot. I know you get a cool looking Connor stature a long with other things. Could save that $60 for another game down the road. Any who check out the launch trailer below.
One of my favourite is back for season 8. Every year look forward to new season of Canada’s Worst Diver. It will start October 29, 2012. Say this every time I talk about this show. How do these people get and keep their license. For that matter insurance. Since most of them have been in lots of crashes and gotten lots of tickets. This is an awesome show. From the preview they are going to focus on city driving this time around.
Gave the demo a try for the downloadable game Retro City Rampage. It looks like an 8-bit GTA. But it is more than that. It is more of a spoof of other games and pop culture. The game has been getting some good reviews. So I was thinking the demo might be good. I was very disappointed. They give you only one option to try. Which is part of the story mode. It was over way to fast. The controls didn’t feel right. Also wasn’t very fun. May be the full game is fun. But the demo does a poor job of selling itself.
Have an awesome video to share. The guys at Corridor Digital have out done themselves again. They all ways make cool and fun videos. Have shared some of there work in the past. They are friends and I guess some what co-works with the group over at Freddiew YouTube channel. This video is a live action take on the up coming game Assassin’s Creed 3 game. Have watched it four times all ready. It is just really cool. Check it out.
I was surprised how good Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter was and that I enjoyed it. From the trailers an TV spots make it seem like a ok to bad movie. Do not like most vampire movies. So I wasn’t too sure about watching it. But I am glad I did. Put a smile on my face. While this movie does a have plot twists and story bits that have been done lots of times before. They present them in a new way. Another thing I really liked was the good use of slow motion. There are some out there that hate it. I think they used it right, in the fight scenes. Unlike most action scenes they don’t try and hide the hits. They slow it down, makes it more interesting and more hard hitting.
You need to check this movie out. I think it will surprise you like it did me. While the story is predicable. It is a visual fest. There is some cool stuff in here that I am pretty sure you have never seen before. Give his a rent.

Another week to go before of the the best games and the one I am look forward to playing the most comes out. You guessed it, Assassin’s Creed 3. There has been a tone of TV adds all ready. Stopped looking at videos and pictures because I don’t want have any spoilers. What I am most looking forward to is how the open wilderness in the snow will look and feel like. From the videos and pictures it looks all most real. The snow has depth to it. Think this has to be a first for any video game. The snow is more than just a white covered ground. The game was advertised in the flyers all ready so I can’t seen any trouble getting a copy day one.
