Assassin’s Creed Rogue

Have known for may months now that there would be a last gen (PS3 and Xbox 360) Assassin’s Creed game.  Just didn’t know anything about it and what it would be called.  Well the other day Ubisoft finely released the some info for the game.  It is called Assassin’s Creed Rogue.  You play a rouge Assassin who now works for the Templars.  It is set in the timeline of the Seven Years’ War.  Have read in a few place that this game story will tie some way into the story of the Assassin’s Creed: Unity.  All so reading this game will complete the saga of AC3 and Black Flag.  The game will be out November 11, 2014.  Does sound pretty cool.  You can check out the trailer > here or below.  Would like to play this one but thing I will be getting Unity first.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Pictures

Forgot to post some of the pictures from Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag the other day.  This is the new Assassin’s Creed game coming out this October.  There is a trailer out as well.  If you have not seen it you can check it out > here.  It looks pretty awesome.  They they improve on what they did in AC 3 then throw in some stuff from Brotherhood it will make it the best one yet.  We shall see this coming fall.  In the mean time check out of the pictures.

 

 

 

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag Trailer

The trailer and lots of good info are now out for Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.   Before I go on about it check it out > here or below.  First of it looks pretty bad ass.  The thing that stood out to me first was that the main guy, (Edward Kenway, grandfather of Assassin’s Creed III protagonist Connor),  uses a weapon in each had.  He has two guns at one point but even cool he has two swords as well.  Gamespot.com has a very nice article > here give a break down on some of what the game will feature.  The main built points are, there will be 50 place to explore across three main cites.  To get around you have your own pirate ship.  There will be lots of pirates.  Just like the last bunch of Assassin’s Creed games it will be out these coming October.  In other big new it is coming out for the PS4 as well.  Will be getting this for sure.  I just hope it is better than AC3.  While that game was good  there were some problems with it that took some of the fun out of it.

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag

To no surprise there is a new Assassin’s Creed gaming coming out.   This one will be called Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag.  The only info the but out so far is that the PS3 version will have 60 minutes of exclusive gameplay.  The other thing the showed is the box art (look to your left to see that).   From the articles I have been reading Ubisoft will be putting out more info on Monday (March 4, 2013).  Looks like they are will be a trailer out on that day as well.

My guess this game will expand on the boat stuff you can do in Assassin’s Creed 3.  Not to big on that idea.  While the boats stuff was cool.  All so found it annoying.  Ended up only doing the boat missions you had to do.  I guess we will find more out on Monday.  It is a pretty safe bet that I will be buying it any way.

Assassin’s Creed 3 Review

Finished the main story online in Assassin’s Creed 3 last night.  Took my time playing thought this game.  There was days that I didn’t at all so that my review might seem late.   Going to start off saying this game is great but not my favourite.  Thought when I first started to play it would be come my fav but not so.   There are many awesome things in there with lots to do.  But it is missing the feeling that the other game had.  The made changes some for the good and others the bad.  The movement is easier but still give you trouble at times.   There is the combat which I find after hours of game play not the fun.   Become very frustrated lot in this game.  That’s what I take away most are the missions in the game.  They are good but can be very frustrating in spots.  Either because of the controls or the combat.  That might just be me.  Could not figure out the right time in the combat with taking in a group of bad guys.

Over all this is a top notch game.  Has lots too do and look at.  The missions are a lot more varied this time around.  The game with you wanting more of the story.   With all the good in there, there are some bad.  When running some time you will go where you don’t want to.  The combat can be frustrating then taking on big groups.  Because if your timing is off you get shot by the guys out of range.   How ever will go back and try to finish the side missions.   Did have fun playing this game but just not as much has I had playing Brotherhood.  Pretty sure there will a new game next year.  Can’t give it a full score because I got pissed off too much playing in spots.

Assassin’s Creed 3

Yep, talking about Assassin’s Creed 3 yet again.  Have put a few hours into the game.  From what I have seen and played it is pretty cool.  First off the city of Boston is beautiful.  It feels alive.  There are all kinds of people moving around, even children.  There are animals as well.  So far in the city and on the outskirts seen, cats, dog, chickens, pigs, turkeys, sheep and cows.

Finding the controls a lot different than the past game.  They say simplified it.  Think it will just take getting used to.  All so ran into a few small glitches.

The best part so far was I was when I got out in to the wilderness in the winter.  My hopes for the snow came true.  If you go off the beaten path the snow gets deep and you have trouble moving though it.   Any who off to play some more.  I am sure I will be back again talking about this game.

Assassin’s Creed 3 My Copy

So excited got my copy of Assassin’s Creed 3 on lunch break today.  Can’t wait to play it so this blog post will be a bit short.   Will come back later with an update on how it is.  Got my copy at Wal-mart.  It came with a steel case with a codes for a Pirate Flintlock and a bonus mission.  The stick says it comes with a copy of Assassin’s Creed II.  But I don’t see it.  May be there is a download code I missed.  But it doesn’t really matter since I own that game all ready.  The steel case I pretty cool.  Don’t think I will use it.  However the art art work on it is very nice.  Just might leave it out to look at it.

Played about two hours. Wow, wow this is awesome. It has the Assassin’s Creed feel but with a new a better look/feel to it at the same time. This it the best looking Assassin’s Creed yet. Only ran into on small glitch. During a conversation the guys mouth was not moving.

Assassin’s Creed 3 – Launch Trailer

Back yet again talking about Assassin’s Creed 3.  We are so close to the game launch.  Have not been this excited game in a very long time.  Four more days.  My plan is to go to Wal-mart on my lunch break to pick up a copy.   Was toying with the idea of picking up the collectors edition.  But $120 seems like a lot.  I know you get a cool looking Connor stature a long with other things.  Could save that $60 for another game down the road.  Any who check out the launch trailer below.

Assassin’s Creed 3: Rebel Blades

Have an awesome video to share.  The guys at Corridor Digital have out done themselves again.  They all ways make cool and fun videos.  Have shared some of there work in the past.  They are friends and I guess some what co-works with the group over at Freddiew YouTube channel.  This video is a live action take on the up coming game Assassin’s Creed 3 game.  Have watched it four times all ready.  It is just really cool.  Check it out.

Assassin’s Creed III

Another week to go before of the the best games and the one I am look forward to playing the most comes out.  You guessed it, Assassin’s Creed 3.  There has been a tone of TV adds all ready.  Stopped looking at videos and pictures because I don’t want have any spoilers.  What I am most looking forward to is how the open wilderness in the snow will look and feel like.  From the videos and pictures it looks all most real.  The snow has depth to it.   Think this has to be a first for any video game.  The snow is more than just a white covered ground.  The game was advertised in the flyers all ready so I can’t seen any trouble getting a copy day one.
