Cyberpunk 2077 – New Info And Footage

Read and article on Cyberpunk 2077 saying there they will be showing new footage and talking about the game soon.  The video will be what they showed behind closed doors at this years Gamescom.  They did the same thing at a few E3’s as well.  After there will be interviews with some of the developers.  They steamed it on Twitch and Mixer on August 30, 2019.  Think once that stream was done.  They put it on YouTube as well.  The game is set to be out April 16, 2020.  There are two videos.  One is the another Deep Dive.  Which you can see > here or below.  The other is the deep dive plus a Q&A panel.  You can see that > here.  That one is over an hour long.

DiRT Rally Free Humble Bundle Code

Need to act fast if you are a fan of the DiRT games.  Over at the Humble Bundle Store they are giving away a free Steam codes for DiRT Rally.  Am a huge fan of the main line DiRT games.  This one is a more realistic version of car rallying.  Never gave it a try.  But know I can and so can you.  As I am typing this (August 30, 2019) there is about a day and a half left before the deal is gone.  You can get it > here.

Simple Minds – Don’t You (Forget About Me)

Time again for musical throwback Thursday.  The pick this week is Don’t You (Forget About Me) by Simple Minds.  This song is most most famous of being used the the movie Breakfast Club.   Which is a awesome and must watch movie.  This is off the soundtrack for the movie released in 1985.  Even if you haven’t seen the in a very long time am sure you will remember it after listen to it > here or below.

SanDisk Cruzer Spark 32GB Flash Drive

Last year (2018) Walmart had a crazy good deal on SanDisk 16GB USD drives.  Bought two of them for $5.88 each.  Since then I was kicking myself for not getting a few more.  Now that back to school sales are on the go.  Took a look at the Walmart flyer and seen they had SanDisk Cruzer Spark 32GB drives on for $6.88.  It is a even better sale than last year.  Double the storage for a dollar more.  This time wasn’t going to kick myself.  The first day of the sale went over and bought four.   They had two colours blue and red.  Choose all blue ones.

Wreckfest

The PS4 version of Wreckfest is all most here.  Have been watching and reading about this game for years.  Back in the winter got to try out the PC version and like what I seen and played.  Since then have been wait for a version to come to the PlayStation 4.  In July (2019) learned it would be out August 27.   Am very tempted to get a copy.  Seen that Amazon.ca listed for $40.00 > here.  If I can find it at a local store first at the same price will get there.  If not Amazon it will be.  The game will be out August 27, 2019.

The Walking Dead Volume 32: Rest In Peace

The last trade paperback for The Walking Dead comic book series is out now.  It is The Walking Dead Volume 32: Rest in Peace.  Am sad to see the story end.  But at least there is and end.  Sometimes things are left with out one.  Haven’t read it yet.  Have a copy on it’s way.  Amazon.ca had it listed to be out on August 13, 2019.  On that day it log in to see it was sold out. But could get it from other sealers.  Sometimes the price is lower but then you see what they want for shipping.  So I choose to wait until they had more in stock.  The next day or so they had some.  Then sent me and email saying it will ship soon.  Might get it by next week.  Looking forward to reading it to see how they wrap it up.

Crash Bandicoot 2 – Cortex Strikes Back: Free Play Day – Part 3

In this weeks video for the YouTube Channel, I’d Rather Watch Paint Dry, the third part is a five part series. The idea is to play one game from start to finish and have it take place over multiple videos. One my favourites is Crash Bandicoot 2 – Cortex Strikes Back. It is prefect for this setup. Since each section is made up of five levels then a boss. Each video will consist of that format. Along the way will keep track of how many times I die. ASUS VP228QG Gaming Monitor

Had to get myself a new PC monitor today (August 24, 2019).  For awhile now my old monitor I has since 2008 has been slow to display anything when the computer is first turned on.  Some times it would take a few minutes and then it would just work.  Well last night it did that.  When out for while.  When I came back it was on but nothing was showing.  Tried a few things and nothing worked.  It was time to buy a new one.  I don’t need anything fancy.  Just wanted to get one with a good brand name at the right price and would fix my desk.   I was in luck they had what that fit my needs at Best Buy.  It is the ASUS VP228QG Gaming Monitor.  It very easy to set up.  Messed around with some of the setting got everything looking nice.  My only problem is getting the right brightness level.  After looking at my older one for 11 years.   Will take some time getting used to.

The Toys That Made Us Season Three

It was last August (2018) that we first learned The Netflix documentary series, The Toys That Made Us, was getting a third season.  At that time was hoping it would be out in that year.  Well a year later there isn’t much news to share.  Other than that it will be out some time this fall.  What we do know that there will be four episodes.  Which will be, Power Rangers, Wrestling, My Little Pony and the one I am looking forward to the most Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  Well be keeping an eye our for a trailer and a release date.   If you haven’t see the other to season, so do.  They are very entertaining and interesting.

Tom Petty And The Heartbreakers – Runnin’ Down A Dream
