Marilyn Manson – The Beautiful People

Switching things up again for this weeks musical throwback Thursday.  I like a wide variety so music.  Sure there are some types I like more than others.  That being said.  If it sounds good to me, what ever style and I like its a good song for me.  This weeks song is The Beautiful People by Marilyn Manson.   Which you can see/hear > here or below.  It was released in 1996 off the album called Antichrist Superstar.  Sure he and is band are famous for there different looks and crazy videos.  In the end they have lots of great rock songs.

The LEGO Batman Movie -Trailer

There is a new LEGO Batman movie coming out February 2017.  Which is called The LEGO Batman Movie.  This is not to be confused with the other LEGO Batman movie from 2013.  That one was based off the LEGO Batman video games and as since spawned five other movies.   This new one is based off of The LEGO Movie.  Once you see the trailer > here or below.  It shares the same type of humour and tone.  Which I think is awesome.  All so in the trailer you can see that the Justice League will play a part in it.

Fire Pro Wrestling – Returns

A few day ago while at a friends out for a game night.  We decided to play some old PlayStation 2 games.  He has a bunch of games I have never heard of or seen.  Once such game was Fire Pro Wrestling – Returns.  This game came out back in 2007 in North America.  Have played many wrestling games over the years.  With most of them being not so great.  This one on the other hand it awesome.  This first thing you will see the that camera angle the use I never seen before.  It from the closest corner.   There are 100’s of wresters to choose from.  You can all so make your own.  They are made of sprites so they look good.  There many be only a few frames of animation.  But that doesn’t matter because the moves they pull off are real wrestling moves.  Which there is a lot of.  The other standouts are the matches, Singles to Battle Royal to Electrified Barbed Wire Ropes Exploding Deathmatchs.  There are all so weapons.  All these features and settings can be customized.  Was very impressed with this game.  Can’t wait to try it again.

Justice League vs. Teen Titans Clip

Back in February (2016) they put out a trailer for the new DC Universe Animated movie, Justice League vs. Teen Titans.  Which you can see > here if you missed it.  Talking about this again because they have put out a new clip from the movie.  This is because the movie will be out on digital soon, March 29, 2016.  Then out on Blu-ray/DVD April 12.  You can see the clip > here or below.   The story has, “The demonic forces of Trigon infiltrate the minds and bodies of the Justice League, turning the veteran super heroes against their youthful counterparts.”   As you may know am a big fan of these movies.  So will be picking this one up.

Happy Easter 2016

Happy Easter everyone.  Hope everyone has the best one than can.  As all ways I eat way to much.   Was hoping to take my motorcycle out for a ride. The weather was nice.  Blue sky but the wind was still very cold.

 

 

X-Men: Apocalypse Trailer

Back in February (2016) during the super bowl there was a teaser trailer out for X-Men: Apocalypse.  Well now there is a full trailer out.  Which you can see > here or below.  Really liked the last two X-Men movies, First Class and Days of Future Past.  This one looks like it could be the best of them.  There are lots of awesome comic book movies coming out this year.  I hope they are all good.  This one is on my list to see right way.  It will be out May 27, 2016.

The Walking Dead: Season Six All Most Over

Well season six The Walking Dead is all most over.  There are only two episodes left in the season.  This season has been awesome.  Say this all the time.  The reason is things never stay the same.  Everything and everyone is all ways moving or changing.  Am sure there is going to be a big cliff-hanger as in the last episode.  They have been building up this every since they came back with the second half of the season.   Season seven is ordered so we know things are going to be rammed up again.

Junkie XL vs Elvis Presley – A Little Less Conversation

It is that day of the week again, musical throwback Thursday.  Every now again will heard this song on the radio, A Little Less Conversation – Junkie XL vs Elvis Presley.   This song was first used in one of Elvis movies from 1968 called Live a Little, Love a Little.  The version I am share is where I know it form.  Back in 2002 when this remix came out.  First heard on a CD my mother had called ELV1S: 30 #1 Hits.   Then it was released on Junkie XL album called Radio JXL: A Broadcast from the Computer Hell Cabin.  From what I have read Junkie XL was the first outside of Elvis organization to remix one of his songs.  To this day this song is still awesome.  Give it a listen > here or below.

Peggle 2 Magical Masters Edition

This past weekend from March 18 to 21 Sony had another awesome flash sale on the PlayStation Store.  Think it might have been there biggest list yet.  You can see what they had on sale > here.   The prices were pretty good on most of them since they are older games.  The one that stood out for me and had to buy was Peggle 2 Magical Masters Edition.  It was going to for $1.49 and the original price $14.99.   Can remember playing the first Peggle game at friends house on this 360.  Remembered loving it.   The game is one of those satisfying and relaxing puzzles games.

TrackMania Turbo Open Beta Hands On

A few posts back talked about the open Beta for Trackmania Turbo.   Which ran from March 18 to the 21, 2016.  Gave it a try.  On the 18th looked on the PlayStation Store on the PS4 with no luck. Went back a hours later and still no luck.  So log on to the PlayStations Stores website.  Found it there.  Have never used this site before.  All you have to do is sign in with the info you made when you got a PS3 or PS4.  Once there it works just like any other retail site.  The big differences is you can have it download right way to your PlayStation.

The beta let you try out about twenty different tracks.  The all looked great and most were exciting to play.  Others were not so fun or too short.  It let you use three types of cars.  Each one handled differently than the others.  The big selling point of the game is the ability to create, share and play others tracks.  Gave it a try in the beta as well.  The track building was much better than I thought it would be.  Had a simple track made in minutes.  All so tried out a few others have made.  Played everything the beta had to offer.   While everything looked and played well.  It didn’t hold my interest.  The game am sure will be awesome.  Just not for me.
