Cape Breton Bikefest Day One

Well today was day one of the Cape Breton Bikefest: Thunder in The Highlands.  It was really nice out but super hot.  I mean way to hot to be out.  But any who check out the bikefest.  There were lots of bikes there and more riding around.  I think there will be more out tomorrow being Saturday.   Took lots of pictures.  Only going to upload a few of the cooler ones.  Bought my self a t-shirt and got to watch a stunt show.   That was pretty cool.  Seeing it in person is much nicer than watching a video.  One of the guys saw me taking pictures so started to a donut in front of me.  Got that on video.  I’ll upload that later.

Cape Breton Bikefest Starts Tomorrow

The Cape Breton Bikefest: Thunder in The Highlands starts tomorrow, (July 31, 2009).  I booked this weekend so I can go.  I think it should be fun.  I have never took part in a bike rally before.  Not to sure if I go on any cruises.  Looking forward to checking out all the bikes.  One of my goals is to park my Yamaha next to a bunch a Harleys and take a picture.  Then leave before they chase me away, lol.  Plan to take lots of pictures.  So they well be on here.

Whose Line Is It Anyway?

Green Lantern: First Flight Review

I picked up Green Lantern: First Flight today (July 28, 2009).  This is an awesome movie.  This is the first all Green Lantern movie.  So I was thinking it would be all about the Hal Jordan becomes a Lantern.  Well I was wrong.  They pretty much cut to the chase.  They only take a few minutes to show how he got his ring.  The story is more about how Sinestro becomes a bad guy.  The animation like the other DC Universe movies is top notch.

If you are not into comic books or comic book inspired movies you will most not like get into this one.  But for ever one else this is awesome.  If you are a fan buy it.  The rest go give it a rent.  You will not be disappointed.

Green Lantern: First Flight

The newest direct to dvd called Green Lantern: First Flight from DC Universe will be out tomorrow (July 27, 2009).  This is the 5th one they have put out.  I have seen then all and own four of them.  I forgot to buy Superman Doomsday.  This Green Lantern movies looks good.  These guys know to make a movie.  They have another on the works called Superman/Batman: Public Enemies.  Can’t wait to pick that one up as well.

Wrecked Exotics

A friend sent me this link to WreckedExotics.com years ago.  Just came across it again today.  As you can guess from the title they have pictures of fancy cars wrecked.  They all so have many different types of crashes.  My favourites are the weird accidents.  Some of then are funny.  Here is an example.

DiRT 2 Pictures

PS3 Coffin

The “coffin” for my PS3 came today (July 23, 2009).  Well it showed up yesterday but no one was home to sign for it.  So they took it back to Purolator’s office.  Had to pick it up at their office.   Once I got it home I got the ps3 all ready and filled out the paper and put very thing in the box.  It was to late to take it back to them to ship out so I will have to do it tomorrow.  So far the process is going good.  I hope it doesn’t take long to fix and get back.

DiRT 2 Trailer 4

There is one more new trailer out for DiRT 2.  This is the forth one.  This one show a real rally race and it looks very nice.  Not sure if it is game play or just CG.  If it is game play it would be awesome.

Watchmen DVD

I picked up the Watchmen DVD today (July 21, 2009).  I got the director’s cut 2 disc digital copy special edition.  The extra footage in the director’s cut is great.  The footage is though out the hole movie.  It fills in some more blacks.  I have not watched the second disc.  That has all the extras on it.  I said it before and I say it again this is one of the best movies of all time, a must watch.
