Intense! I know this movie came out a while back on DVD. But I finely got a change to see it. Oh my it is one intense movie at times. I love the theme music. It sets the mood perfectly. the “Rage” infection are over the top and awesome. The action scenes are a blast to watch. There is one with a helicopter. I don’t want to give any thing way, but its “killer”. My only thing I didn’t like, which is common with a lot of movies is that the night scenes are way to dark. If you like zombie films you will like this one.

Resident Evil Extinction Review

Posted in Review's with tags on January 28, 2008 by getbent57

I saw this movie about two weeks ago. I have to say I really liked this one much better than the other two. It has a bit of a mad max vibe. There is a lot of action and good action at that. It more to the point, in my book that is a good thing. Milla Jovovich is hot as ever. I know some people don’t like her that much, but she is still nice to look at. Ashanti did a good job too. LJ played by Mike Epps still has his custom guns which was nice to see. If you haven seen the other two and some one liked them you will like this one to. How ever if you didn’t see the other ones you might be a bit confused but still like it.

Burnout Paradise Review

Posted in Review's with tags on January 27, 2008 by getbent57

First off this game is awesome, a must buy. So far I think I played around 10 hours or so. Unlocked about 19 cars. This game is different from the past burnout games because it is an open world game. You can do any race, or race type you want in any order, well once you find them. To find the races you just drive around the city and they will show up at just about every intercession. There is a few different race types.

Race – Well that’s were you race one on one or up to 7 other cars. Some of these races can be real tuff and other easy. That’s one good thing about being open world if you having trouble with one race you don’t have to do it just move on to another race or race type.

Road Rage – This is one of my favourites. The idea is to take down the other cars by knocking off the road to win.

Marked Man – What you have to do is get from one point to the next while other cars try to take you out. This can be real fun and frustrating at the same time.

Stunt Run – Just drive around do stunts, jumps, drifts and what not. Only tried this one once.

Burning Route – Once you win a car, you can take it to its own burning route. If you win you get an upgraded version of that car.

To get unlock cars you win then, or after so many races a new car is racing around the city. To get that car you just need to take it out and its yours. You all so get a car when your license is upgraded. To upgraded your license you need to win a certain number of the race types. They can be any race type you want.

Oh can’t forget about the online play. Its is the easiest game to get online with that I have ever played. You can just drive around the city or do races and challenges. I haven’t really tried online that much. So I can’t say to much about it.

If you like racing games buy this one today

School bus vs Pontiac Sunfire

Posted in Just something to say with tags on January 26, 2008 by getbent57

Last night at work a sunfire was parked in the handicapped spot, with his old guy sitting in the  passenger seat.  Along comes a school bus, makes right hand turn and takes the front bumper  right off the car.  I wish I had my camera with me.  This is just one more weird thing I seen at work.

Awesome GTA IV News

The game will be released April 29.

This is the story from gamespot.com

“GTAIV rolling out April 29

Latest in the Grand Theft Auto series to be released worldwide in just over three months for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
By Laura Jenner, GameSpot UK

One of the most anticipated games of 2008 has been given a firm release date. Rockstar Games has issued a statement saying that Rockstar North’s Grand Theft Auto IV will be released simultaneously for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 worldwide on April 29. A release date of April 25 had previously been rumoured for the UK, though some leaks of US retail materials pointed to a March release. It had originally been set for an October 2007 release, and its shock delay to 2008 was blamed on the “time-intensive nature” of dual-platform development. The latest iteration of the series follows the adventures of Eastern European immigrant Nikolai Bellic as he searches Liberty City for an as-yet-unnamed person from his past. The release, which some analysts see as having the potential to outsell Halo 3, could provide a major boost for Rockstar parent company Take-Two Interactive, which has struggled financially over recent quarters. For more information about Grand Theft Auto IV, see GameSpot’s recent preview.”
