Matthew Good – Sicily

Have another new song to share that I like a lot.  It is Sicily by Matthew Good.  This will be off his upcoming album Moving Walls. Which I have read we be out in 2020.  The song is really good.  The video which you can see > here or below is very nice as well.  Over the years have like many of his songs the one is in the top five.

Black Friday 2019

The past two years didn’t bother with Black Friday.  Well this year decided to take a look.  Need a few things at Walmart any way.  So after work went to the electronic section to see if they had any PS4 games on.  Turns out they had a two big cardboard shippers filled with PS4, Xbox One and Switch games.  Some of them I had all ready and a few I didn’t care about.  Did buy two for my collection,  Doom (2016) and Diablo 3 Eternal Collection.  Have tried Doom before and every since wanted to get a copy.  As for Diablo never tired it.  It was a great price and as local co-op.  So next game night will be trying it out.

The Rankin Family – Fare Thee Well Love

Time again for musical throwback Thursday.  Seen Jimmy Rankin on the news and got thinking why not pick a The Rankin Family classic for this weeks song.  Which is Fare Thee Well Love off their album of the same name, released in 1990.  You can give it a listen > here or below.

The Movies That Made Us

The people behind the awesome and much watch documentary series, The Toys That Made Us.  Have a new series come out soon called, The Movies That Made Us.  It will be the same formula just with movies in instead.  Think will be great.  There will be four episodes.  Three of which I will watch.  Which are Home Alone, Ghostbusters and Die Hard.  All awesome movies.  The fourth episode is Dirty Dancing.  Could careless about that one. We don’t have to wait long for it be on Netflix.  November 29, 2019 is the day.

Tinkercad Hands On

Made a post a few days back talking about Tinkercad.  This website lets you makes 3D objects that later can be used in a 3D printer.  After watching some videos on it.  Sign up for an account.  My goal is to make my own models.  Have a few ideas.  The first one I want to try to turn the YouTube channel, I’d Rather Watch Paint Dry, logo into a 3D print.  Once  I get better at the program would like to make a 3D paint can with text imprinted on it.

The Grand Tour Presents: Seamen – Official Trailer

Have awesome news The Grand Tour fans.  We all know that season three of the show was the last to be done that way.  Then everything after would be specials.  The goods news is there first one will be airing very soon.  December 13, 2019 and is called The Grand Tour Presents: Seamen.  Much like other specials they have done. They are in one spot and try to make it to another really far way.  Most time in some kind of crazy way.  This time they will be in boats.  Have watched the trailer twice.  Each time it has made me laugh.  You can see it for yourself > here or below.

Topps WWE Summer Slam 2019 Card Packs

In this weeks video for the YouTube Channel, I’d Rather Watch Paint Dry.  Have something different that hasn’t been done of the channel yet.  I open come cards.  Bought two Topps WWE Sumer Slam 2019 card packs. When I was a kid you could buy cards like these pretty much at any corner store. When I seen these bought them as an impulse. So let’s open them up.  Which you can see it  > here or below.

AWOLNATION – The Best

Am a big fan of AWOLNATION.  Over the years have made posts taking about songs I like from them.  Well the have a new single out called The Best.  It will be off their upcoming album.  Not sure what it is called or when it will be out.  Just know they have an official music video out for the song.  Which you can see > here or below.  Like the song a lot.  Looking forward to hearing the rest of the album.

The Toys That Made Us Season Binge Watched

On November 15, 2019 the third season of The Toys That Made Us was out on Netflix.  That night I binged three of the four episodes.  Didn’t bother with the My Little Pony one.  At first was going to watch one a day.  Well they were just so good kept watching.  Talked about is in past posts.  The episode I was looking forward to the most was the one in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.  It did not disappoint.  Think the best thing about is they interview Peter Laird.  He is the co-creator of the Turtles.  It look a long time for us to get new episodes. May be I should have took my time watching them.  Do think at some point there will be a fourth season.  Because they did change the song in the shows opening.  The first two seasons it said something like, in an eight part series.  Now says, in and ongoing series.   If you haven’t check any of these episodes out yet.  Do so, they are entertaining and interesting at the same time.

Ram Jam – Black Betty

That day of the week again, musical throwback Thursday.  Something different this week.  A bit of a classic one hit wonder.  It is Black Betty by Ram Jam.  This was released in 1977 and is off their album Ram Jam.  From what I am reading on Wikipedia the song has been around a long time in different forms.  You can see/hear this version > here or below.
