My Friend Pedro

Back in 2019 a interesting and weird game came out called My Fried Pedro.  It’s hard to describe.  A built hell, puzzles with slow-mo, shooter.  For some reason it is wasn’t on the PlayStation 4.  That will change come April 2, 2020.  Over at the PlayStation blog they have a post > here talking about it.  Not sure how much it will cost.  Would like to get a copy.  If you would like to see it in action you can do so > here or below.

The Walking Dead Season 10 Finale Delayed

Have some big The Walking Dead season ten news.  The season finale has been postponed.  There are two episodes left in the season.  The next one will air as planned.  The last has been delayed because they are still working in post production.  Since the TV and movie world has shut down like every thing else.  There people that do this work would be at home.  It does suck but that is the way it is.  In other news the show, The Walking Dead: World Beyond has been pushed back as well.  Will be keeping an eye out for when the do air.  The article I got this from is > here.

Call of Duty Warzone Battle Royale Solos

In this weeks video for the YouTube Channel, I’d Rather Watch Paint Dry, give Call of Duty Warzone a try.  Not big into multiplayer games.  However this one is free and cross platform.  Did play a few around of the battle royale.  Then gave the solo mode a few tries.  This video is third time I gave that mode a go.  You can see the video > here or below.

USB Thumb Stick Troubleshooting

A few posts back talk about there is a new version of AutoBleem out that I wanted to try.  Right now have the 0.6 (something) .  This new ones is 0.8(something).  It is pretty easy to update.  Just need to drag and drop the new files over to the USB stick and replace the files.   Didn’t really want to do this since I have other sticks.  The one I did try and use only showed it have 700 MBS free of 32GB.  But when I went to format it still read the same amount.  Then remember I used it to make a Linux boot drive with it.   So looked into a way to fix that.  There is a bunch of programs you can download. However there is an easier and faster way using Command Prompt.  Here is the tutorial I used > here.  Just scroll down until you see the Command Prompt how to part.  There are six simple commands to put in.  You don’t even have to type them.  Just copy and paste.  Just make sure are formatting the right disk or you can mess you computer up.

Call Of Duty: Warzone Played

Gave Call of Duty: Warzone a try.  First played with two friends who are on PC.  The cross play worked great.  As for the game it’s self.  Plays pretty much like any other Call of Duty Game just on a huge map.  Just like every other online competitive you get rolled over pretty quickly.  There is some fun to be had if you are playing with friends.  Just I wouldn’t want to play it every day.  A few days later decided to give the solo game mode a try.  In that round my feet barely touched the ground before I was killed.  May be I will go back another day and try again.

Darude – Feel The Beat

Time again for musical throwback Thursday.  Years ago picked Darude’ s most famous song  Sandstorm.  This time its another song, Feel The Beat, from the same album, Before the Storm.  Which was released in the year 2000.  The song is really good and there is a bit of Sandstrom in it as well.  You can give it a listen/ watch > here or below.

Motorcycle Withdrawal

It has been along winter.  While it is official Spring now.  However Winter is still not done let.  My motorcycle withdrawal has kicked in hard.  With all that is going on and many places shut down.  Don’t think I will be able to ride even if the weather gets better.  Need to get myself a new helmet.  All so need a new back tire.  Was thinking I would get a new helmet now and then save for the new tier.  Time will tell how things play out.

AutoBleem And Retroboot New Version

It was last May (2019) that I gave AutoBleem a try.  The program runs of a USB thumb drive.  Which lets you play games off the drive.  Was happy with a how it worked so never did any of the updates that came out over the year.  There is a new version of both out now.  So thinking I might just give it a try.  Don’t want to mess of the thumb drive I have all ready setup. Have another one to try it out.  The YouTube channel Restalgia has a video on how to set it up but all so show what’s new about it.  You can see that > here or below.

Call Of Duty: Warzone

Just as I jumped on the bandwagon and gave Fornite a try.  A new battle royale game came out, Call of Duty: Warzone.  Just like the other, it is free to play and supports cross platform play.  Watched some videos on it when it came out on March 10, 2020.  It seems to play like your standard Call of Duty game but in a huge map and 150 people playing at once.  Wasn’t going to bother with it.  Then changed my mind and gave it a download on my PS4.  If you do have a PlayStation 4 you don’t need to have PS Plus to play.  Which I find interesting.  My guess is Activision is paying some big money to Sony.  At this point the game is still downloading.  Will be back with another post when I try it.

Improving PS1 Graphics In AutoBleem and Retroarch

In this weeks video for the YouTube Channel, I’d Rather Watch Paint Dry, have a video on a way to improve the graphics on the PlayStation Classic in AutoBleem and Retroarch. It simple to do.
