The Movies That Made Us More Episodes

Have some awesome news to share there are more episodes coming for The Movies That Made Us.  This is a documentary series on Netflix that talks to people who helped makes some very famous movies.  While adding in some humor along the way.  Couldn’t find the trailer for in on YouTube.  But if you go to the official Netflix show page > here.  There is a trailer to watch.  We don’t have to wait much longer to see these four new episodes.  July 23, 2021 is the day.  As for the movies the well be covering are,  Jurassic Park, Forrest Gump, Back to the Future and Pretty Woman.

Elegoo Neptune 2 First Print

A few post back talked about assembling my Elegoo Neptune 2 FDM 3D Printer.  Well later that night after leveling the bed a few times.  Gave the test print a try.  That took about an hour (I think).  Once it was done.  I must say I was impressed on how well it turned out.  After letting it cool down.  It came right off the build plate without any trouble.  Now the next step is to find something cool to print next.

The Suicide Squad – Official Trailer #3

When I had seen the red band trailer for The Suicide Squad back in March (2021).  Just knew it would much better than the other Suicide Squad movie.  Well there is another trailer out. Which makes it the third one.  You can see > here or below.  It does show some new things.  It has a much different feel than the red band one.  Still think this is going to be a very fun watch.  It is set to be out in theatres and HBO Max on August 6, 2021.  I have not plans to go to a theatre anytime soon.  So will have to wait for the Blu-ray.

Elegoo Neptune 2 Assembled

Well today (June 27, 2021) I got my Elegoo Neptune 2 FDM 3D Printer assembled.  Took me a few hours.  Not because it was over complicated.  It was just the paper instructions were good but not helpful for me in spots.  Luckily there is an instructional video on the SD card.  That help out a lot.  Noticed that the print bed moved a bit.  There is a spot in the video that shows how to fix that.  However there is another problem that is not in the manual or video.  The printer doesn’t sit very level.  Seen on a Neptune Facebook page how to fix that.  There are four screws on the legs you loosen.  This will help it lay flat, then you tighten then back up.  My next step is to plug in the wires, level the bed and do a test print.  Will be back with another update. 

GTA Online: PS3 And Xbox 360 News

If you are a fan Grand Theft Auto Online and still play on PlayStation 3 or Xbox 360 have some bad news to share.  Rockstar Games put a post on their news wire > here that they will be shutting downs those servers.  This will take place on December 16, 2021.  They will stop selling Shark Cards on September 15 for those systems as well.  Not sure how people still play this game on those devices.  But it with pretty much all online games they come to end at some point.

Elegoo Neptune 2 Received

It was a week ago that I ordered a Elegoo Neptune 2 FDM 3D Printer off Amazon.ca.  At the time it was estimated to arrive on the 25th (today).  But early in the week received an email saying the shipment would be delayed until the 28th.  Then on the 25th another saying it couldn’t be delivered.  However the a slip in the mail box to pick it up at the post office.  So went and got it.  My plan is now on next day off it to put it together.  There will be many more posts talking about this 3D printer.

Raspberry Pi 3 Kit

Was looking though some old post and came across the one I made of the Raspberry Pi 3 kit.  It was five years ago I bought this kit off Amazon so I could run RetroPie.  Sadly I haven’t used this in a very long time.  Thought about getting a new Pi but the same thing would happen.  Would have lots of fun a first but would end up putting it aside.  Because I would get board and play more modern games on my PS4.  That being said it was well worth the price and having it.  May be some day will jump back into the old games.

Corner Gas Animated Season Four Trailer

All ready made a post talking about Corner Gas Animated season four.  In which we learned it will be the last season of the show.  All so it will start airing July 5, 2021.  When I made that post there wasn’t at teaser trailer.  Well now there it, which you can see > here or below.  The big take away is there will be a very famous guest actor on.  They are not say who it is yet.  I am thinking this person will be in a last episode.  Looking forward to see this season.  It’s just sad it’s all ending.

Cyberpunk 2077 Patch 1.23

There is a new patch out for Cyberpunk 2077, this is update 1.23.  You can read what it does > here.  At this point in time have put about 44 hours into the game.  After installing this 30GB update.  The game seems to be running a lot smoother.  When I press the options button on the PS4 controller the menu screen pops up right way.  Before that it may or many not show or load in slowly.  All so found the movement way more smooth.  Going to play some more to see if it is really better.
