Hiccups

No I do not have hiccups.  I am taking about the new TV show called Hiccups.  From the guys that made Corner Gas.  It starts tomorrow March 1, 2010.  This show and Dan for Mayor airs right after it.  I miss Corner Gas on Monday nights.  So my hope is these two shows will fill the void.  From what I have seen in so far it looks like they are going to be good.

Timbaland – Morning After Dark

Have been hear a song and how know idea who it was but I did a search and found out it is song by Timbaland.  Song is called Morning After Dark featuring Nelly Furtado and SoShy.  I really like this song.  Who like to see more of SoShy in the future.

Assassin’s Creed II Review

I must says Assassin’s Creed II is one of the best games I have ever played.  It sucked me, time flew by and I enjoyed ever minute.  It has been awhile since any game keep be playing.   Unlike a lot of new games this one is long.  So far I have put in about 30hrs.

The game play is unreal.  There is some much you can do.  You can pretty much go any were.  Climbing up stuff is then doing a leap of faith never gets old.
The fighting can take a bit getting used to but once you do it can be fun.  One of the most fun things is pulling off a double assassination with your hidden blades.  There is lots of side quest.  Finding all the hidden objects can be fun as well.

This is a must buy.  There is some much game here you will be playing for hours and hours.

Red Dead Redemption: Weaponry & People

Was looking at Rockstar games newswire.  They have an article talking about weaponry and people of the west in Red Dead Redemption.  They have a nice break down on a few of the weapons in the game.  You can see that here.  The feature on the people is pretty cool.  They have a screen shot of some charters in the game, their name and small description.  You can see all of that here.

Red Dead Redemption: The Women Trailer

There is yet another new trailer out for Red Dead Redemption.  This one is called The Women: Sinners, Saints & Survivors.  This trailer you get a few sneak peaks at some of the story lines.  There is some new game play as well.  I am so hyped for this game.  Two more months to go.

Justice League: Crisis On Two Earths Review

Picked up a Blu-ray copy of Justice League: Crisis on Two Earths today. (Feb 23, 2010).  Was looking to buy a DVD but all they had was the Blu-ray.  It is the special edition.  It has a bunch of extra stuff on it.  Which is nice to see.

The movie was really good. They again I am a fan of DC Universe animated movie and they make this movies for the fans.  How ever if you grew up with the old cartoon Batman show you can get it to this movie.  The story and action were really good.  James Woods did the best job of playing Owlman.  They keep out doing themselves with the animation.  Nice and clear.  It helped that it was the Blu-ray.  Like the past movie it is a bit darker.  People get hurt and some die.  So it is not for the kids.

Really liked this movie.  If you watched and of the DC Universe movies you will like this one too.

Time Well Spent

Well this week some time I will have been working at my current place of employment for five years.  After five years you are to get a letter and a pin.   May be a hand shake and a job well done.   Well I got asked to come to the office because they had something for me.  The lady picked up an envelope and opened it up.  After she looked at, she looked at me with a surprised look on her face.  “You have been here for five years?”,   then hands me the letter.   Here is the kicker the letter wasn’t evened sighed and no pin.  Thanks.

The Tester

Watched the first episode of The Tester.  The Tester is a new reality type TV show on the Playstation Network.   The show has 11 people competing to be a Playstation game tester.  Like every reality show the play some kind of a game or do a challenge.  Who ever is the worst will most likely be kicked out by the judges.  It is not ever original but what ever.  It is free on the Playstaion Network.  I do believe there will be 8 episodes.

Fail Booking

I have the website called Fail booking.com.  It is done by the same people that make Fail Blog and a hole bunch of other sites.  Fail booking is a collection of people failing at facebook by posting stupid stuff or have know idea how to use right.  There are some great laughs.

Law Abiding Citizen Review

Well Law Abiding Citizen started off like a lot of movies.  A guy’s wife and child are killed.  I was fine with at.  Then the movie gets good.  All kinds of drama and some good plot twists.  Next lots of all cool things happen.  After that a few more twists you can see coming.  Then comes the ending.  Which is not that good.  Was really a big let now.  It comes out of know were and doesn’t fit the well with the rest of the movie.

This is a rent. There are some cool stuff in the movie.  But nothing that hasn’t been done before. The ending might leave you a bit disappointed.
