Clarkson, Hammond And May

As many (at lest I hope) Top Gear fans many know.  The show as we know it is over with.  Even since all that has taken place.  There has been many rumours of Clarkson, Hammond and May would be making a new show.  Turns out one of the rumours are true.  They have singed on with Amazon Prime.  This is a subscription program from the Amazon website you know.  Which not only gives faster and free shipping items you buy.  But all so lets you stream movies and TV shows unlimited.   However this streaming services is not available in Canada.  Which sucks.  Did read on another site.  While this new show is exclusive to Amazon Prime.  It only has a small market share.  So it could end up on other services or TV.

Not only are all the guys back but all so their executive producer, Andy Wilman.  So you know all the great awesome and funny stuff they do will stay intact.  From the official post about it > here.  The show will go into production soon. The air some time in 2016.  Can’t wait to see what they come up with.

Top Gear Series 22: Update # Two

A few posts back talked about how there will be one more episode for series 22 of Top Gear.   The new episode will feature two unseen films.  One for each of the missed episodes.  Which will be put into one extended episode.  When this info was first out there was not air date.  That is were the update number two comes in.  It will air June 28, 2015.  Which is a Sunday.  Think this is a good way to end the series and the show in this format.  In other Top Gear news.  Chris Evans will be the new host of the show.  According to the article > here.  He will be the new lead of a new line up.  Not sure who or any many other co-host there will be.  Time will tell.  They did say the new show will start production in the next few weeks.

Top Gear Series 22: Update

Have some awesome news.  Back on June 8, 2015 there is news, that there will be one more episode for series 22 of Top Gear.   As you may know the series was cut short.  With two episodes left unaired.  That is were the good news comes in.  The new and last episode will feature two unseen films.  One for each of the missed episodes.  Which will be put into one extended episode.  You can can read about it and see some pictures > here.  There is now air date yet.  But they are saying soon.  Think this is a good way to close out the show.  One more go at their awesome shenanigans.  There is a trailer as well.  Which you can see > here or below.

Top Gear News

It is a sad day for Top Gear fans.  After few weeks of wait to hear what would happen.  The BBC has decided not to renew Jeremy Clarkson’s contract.  This new came out on March 25, 2015.  If you are a fan of the show you might now it only air seven of the ten episodes planned for series 22.  That is because Jeremy got into fight with on the the shows producers.  There are lots of articles on the internet about this.  The simple story is Jeremy punched him.  I can see why the BBC let him go.  Because there is no place for violence in the work place.  On the other hand not very happy.  This is one of my favourite shows.  The three presenters Jeremy, Richard and James have a great chemistry.  They are all ways funny and entertaining.  No other show has this.  That is because they are real.  They are not pretending or some fake celebrity that looks good in front of the camera.  Not sure where the show will go on from here.  The BBC has put out a statement on the matter.  Which you can read > here.   But pretty sure we will have not see the last of Jeremy Clarkson.

Top Gear Series 22: LEGO Trailer

There is  now a preview trailer out for series 22 of Top Gear.  What makes this one special it is made with LEGO.  It starts off with the guys behind the scenes just minutes way from the start of the show.  As you might guess things don’t go so well.  Lots of comedy with LEGO bricks happens.   Looking forward to the new series starting this coming Sunday.  January 25, 2015.  Check out this preview/trailer > here or below.

An Evening With Top Gear

Just finished watching An Evening With Top Gear live on YouTube.  Have to say it was fun to watch live.  But if you did miss it you can still see it > here or below.  The idea was preview of series 22 and answers some questions.  From the small clips they showed it looks like it will be the best series yet.  They answered about three video questions asked from people around the world as well as a bunch from the live audience.  The video questions were boring, run of the mill.  How ever their answers were very funny.   Now looking forward to the series starting next Sunday, January 25, 2015.  It will run ten episodes plus the Patagonia special which all ready aired in late December.

An Evening With Top Gear

Have some very awesome news to share about Top Gear.  The new series will be starting soon.  But before that is going to be a live event previewing the new series.  Which is called An Evening With Top Gear.   On January 18, 2015 all three presenters will be live in front of audience showing what is coming up and answer questions.  That is not even the best part.  Everyone will get to watch it.  Because they are going to broadcast it globally on, TopGear.com, their  YouTube channel, FaceBook and Twitter.   It will air Sunday January 18, 2015 at 21:00 GMT.  Not sure what that will be in my time zone.  But think there is a four hour difference.  Just know I’ll be watching.

Top Gear Series 22

There is no official word yet when series 22 for Top Gear will start.  Their Patagonia special has all ready aired.  Back on December 27 and 28.  Have been reading that the new series will start January 25, 2015.  It will have ten episodes.  Hope this is true.  Looking forward to having weekly Top Gear again.  There hasn’t been a new series since last winters series 21.  Which started back in February 2014.  If this air date is true their should be a trailer out soon.  When that does happen will be sharing and talking about this awesome show once again.

Top Gear Patagonia Special Trailer

Not sure why I haven’t posted this earlier.  There is a trailer out now for Top Gear’s Patagonia special.  The trailer is their trademark short but pack a lot of awesome in.  You can see the trailer > here or below.  The special will air over two nights. Part one will air December 27, 2014 which is a Saturday.  Then on Sunday December 28 part two will air.  This Christmas special will have the guys, “attempt a 1600-mile epic journey through Patagonia to the most southerly city in the world, ferried by a trio of distinctly ropey sports cars.”

Top Gear Patagonia Special

It has been a long time since there has been any new Top Gear on TV.  The last episode was on in March 2014.  Was starting to think there wouldn’t be any until 2015.  There is some good news there will an all new special airing this Christmas.  From what I have read it will air in two parts and is called the Patagonia Special.  They will be traveling in there famous Top Gear style to the southernmost city in Argentina for a game of car football.  Am pretty sure they will be a trailer out soon.  When it does will be posting it.
