Under The Dome: Season 3 Review

This past Thursday (September 10, 2015) marked the end of season three and an ended to the TV series Under The Dome.   Enjoyed watching this show from day one.  Even when it was silly or didn’t make much sense.  The third season was the best.   Which is because it was more focus to the main characters.  Not trying to do to much side crazy things the did in the first two seasons.  You still suspend my disbelief a bit.  But that is what makes good science fiction TV shows.  Was sad to see the show ended.  At lest it got to have a good ending to wrap things up.  Some shows ever get to that.

The the last episode did a really good job of warping up all the events that took place.  All so leaving it open for more episodes as well.  But that not going to happen since the show was cancelled.  Would love to see more.  May be a new show title with the same characters.  Out of all three season, the third is the best.  Enjoyed watching all the episodes.  Even if it was silly or didn’t make sense at times.  If you never seen any.  It is well worth your time to check out.

Under The Dome: Season 3

The third season of Under The Dome is a little more than half way though.  So far it has been the best season yet.  They are doing what I hoped they would do.  Which was bring more focus to the main characters and not got off on these wild side stories that lead know were.  The only problem I have with the show from the first to this season is the time line.  At the opening credits they as has only been three weeks since the dome came down.  I can suspend my disbelief with a lot.  But there is know way all the craziness that happened in three weeks.   With that been said I will be still watching because it is a great summer show.

Under The Dome: Season 3

This past Thursday (June 25, 2015) the third season of Under The Dome with a two hour premiered.  There are some changes this year.  First off the show will air on Thursdays.  Which I think is a good move.  All so there is a new show runner this season.  So I am hoping this will flow much better.  The past season was all over the map.  Which didn’t really good until the last few episodes.  Which ended with a big cliff-hanger.

The show picked right up right were the second ended.  Which was good.  Then this got a little weird which keep you listened to see what will happen next.  Then finally got some real answers had the dome is run. Well some what because some more interesting stuff happened.  Not sure how the rest of the season is going to play out.  If it keeps on track from what I seen in the premiere it will be the best season.

Under The Dome: Season 3 Trailer

The big summer TV show, Under The Dome is coming back June 25, 2015 with season three.  Season two ended with a big cliff-hanger.  So it will be nice to find out what happens.  Kind of forget what happened last season.  Just remember the first half wasn’t the great.  But the last five or so episodes were pretty good.  There is a teaser trailer out for season three which you can watch > here or below.  I will be watching.  Just hope it the whole season is all around better.

Under The Dome Season 2 Review

Was a bit conflicted this past Monday (September 22, 2014).  That was because season two of Under The Dome ended.  But it was all so the premiere of Gotham at the same time.  Had to finish watching Under the Dome.  The first half of the season was a bit of a hit or miss.  There would be some really good then would bottom out.  However the last five episodes have been really good.  It was what I was hoping for the show.  They focused more on the main plot line with every main characters on pretty much the same page.

Have to say this season was much better then the first.  But it did get off to a bit of a rocky start.  The last few episodes more than made up for that.  The got around to answering some of the stuff they started off in season one. Pretty sure there will be a season three.  Because they ended with a very big cliff-hanger.  Think this is the prefect summer show.

Under The Dome Season 2

There are only five episodes left(As I am typing this post, August 25, 2014) in season two of Under The Dome.  So far this season has been a hit and a miss.  Some episodes are great then others are bad.  Seems like they are trying to do too much at once.  Making these turn out stupid.  While I like the show there are some problems.  The first is the time line.  In episode eight one person said something like, “Where have you been in the last three weeks?”.  My thinking if it has only been three weeks how has all craziness happened in such a short time.  May people have died, strange things happen then there are people who hate each other than working together.  Will be back with a full review when the season ends on September 22, 2014.

Under The Dome Season 2

The second season of Under The Dome kicked off the other night (June 30, 2014).  Since the first season ended with a cliff-hanger.  Was looking forward to seeing what will happen next.  This is a great summer show.  Think this second season will be better than the first.  Think it will flow better and every one will fit better in to their roll.

[Update]  Well while the show has surprise and keeps you interested in what will happen next.  Which is good but the show still doesn’t flow that well.  Don’t what to given any thing way.  However after all the crazy things that happen in just one day.  Everyone just goes about their day.  Like hanging out at the coffee shop.

Under The Dome Season 2

The first season of Under The Dome ended in a big cliff-hanger.  So looking forward to season two which is set to start June 30th, 2014.  Did like the first season.  While it wasn’t a prefect show it all ways kept you interested.  Waiting to see what will happen next.  Think the second season will be better.  Because I think the actors will be more comfortable.  A few weeks about CBS put out a season two preview.  Which you can see >  here or below.  Its not much of a preview.  More more a bunch of clips from the first season will a few seconds for season two.

Under The Dome Review

Know I am late on this review.  Did type this up when the show ended but a little game called GTA V got in my way of posting this sooner.

Season one of Under The Dome has ended.  So it’s time for my review.  While this is an interesting show.  It’s not prefect.  It does the good of keeping you wanting to see what happens next.  The biggest problem I have is the timeline.  In the second to last episode they has the dome has only been in place for two weeks.  Yet I find it hard to believe all the crazy stuff happening.  The people seem to move on pretty fast.  That kinds of pulls me out of the world.  However this is still a great show from a main TV network.  All think it was smart to air it in the summer.  Because this is one of the type of shows that would get cancelled after a few episodes.  Leaving people in the dark.  That being said the show has been a huge hit.  So there will be a season two.

This was a great summer time show.  Each show leaves you wanting to know what happens next.  While not the best show out there it is still very entertaining.  Looking forward to season two next summer.

Under The Dome Midway Review

So far 8 episodes have aired for f Under The Dome.  So I thought I would give a small halfway or midway thought the first season a review.  The show is very interesting.  It leaves you wanting to know what will happen next.  However there are some problems.  The show doesn’t all ways flow together right.  Seams like it is missing scenes.  The biggest problem I have is how the people are acting.  Some of the main characters move on with their lives every fast.  People around them are missing, dying or dead.  They are all upset and what not.  Then the next day they are over it and move on.  That being said the show is still fun to watch.  Episode seven had a very good last half.  Not going to give the show a score yet.  Will do that when it ends is September.  There is going to be a season two next summer.  So I am sure they will end with a big cliff-hanger.
