HBO’s Watchmen Free Weekend

Have wanted to see HBO’s Watchmen TV series ever since I first hear about it.  The Blu-ray of the series was on on June 2, 2020.  Was thinking about buying it.  But just learned that starting yesterday (June 19, 2020) the HBO was letting anyone watch the full season without a account.  Thinking that’s pretty awesome.  Then got thinking it must be only for the States.  Was wrong there because watched the first episode.  Went to HBO.com found the show listing.  Click on episode one.  It asked for an email, birth date and it played.  Enjoyed the first episode a lot.  So now I have to binge watch the other eight episodes.  Since the free weekend ends some time on the 21.

HBO’s Watchmen Blu-ray

HBO’s Watchmen TV series ended back in December (2019).  Have wanted to see ever since I first heard about it.  Got thinking it must be coming to disc soon.  Which it is, with a title of Watchmen: An HBO Limited Series.  The release date of June 2, 2020.  Haven’t seen it on Amazon.ca yet. So not sure how much it will cost.  Thinking it will be around the same as the Game of Thornes boxsets.  An a big fan of the graphic novel and movie.  Looking forward to checking out this show.

Watchmen – Official Comic-Con Trailer

Have one more trailer to talk about that was at this years (2019) Comic-Con.  It is HBO’s Watchmen.  First blogged about this upcoming show back in May when they put the teaser trailer out.  Am a big fan of the graphic novel and the movie based off, Watchmen, is one of the best superhero movies very made.  After watching the trailer.  Which you can see > here or below.  Know the show will be really good.  Not sure the start date yet.  But it will be some time this fall.  Looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

Watchmen Official Tease

My most favourite comic book to movies ever is Watchmen.  It hard to believe the movie is ten years old now.  The graphic novel it is based of is a must read.  For a long time now have read that HBO was making a TV show taking place in this same world called, Watchmen.  Just to make it more confusing.  There is a teaser trailer out know.  Which you can see > here or below.  Watched it a few times and think it will be an awesome show.  There is now official air date yet.  They are saying fall 2019.  Will be keeping an eye on this.  If HBO is getting into the superhero world it got to be good.
