The Dark Knight Rises Blu-ray

Picked up a copy of The Dark Knight Rises on Blu-ray today (December 5, 2012).  Have seen this movie twice all ready in theatres.   So I know it is a long movie.  Going to wait and watch in on my day off.   How ever might check out some of the special features.  From the list I read there is quite a few.   But the main big one is an hour documentary about the Batmobile.  It covers all the Batmobiles form the comics, TV all the way thought to the movies.  This sounds very interesting.  Just might check that out first.   Most time I watch the movie first but like I said all ready seen it twice.  Will be back at some point to give a full review on the Blu-ray.

The Dark Knight Rises Blu-ray/DVD

Next Tuesday, December 4, 2021, is a very important day.  Why?, you might ask.  Well that is the day The Dark Knight Rises will be out on Blu-ray and DVD.  If you have read my blog from time to time you might know I am a big Batman fan.  Seen this movie twice in theatres.  Can not wait to see it again on Blu-ray.  This is an awesome movie.  If you have not seen it yet and are wait for it to come out on DVD.  Go pick it up, rent it or get it on demand.  You will not be disappointed.  Pretty sure I will be back to review this movie again but you can never have enough Batman in your life.

The Dark Knight Rises Review

Went saw The Dark Knight Rises yesterday afternoon.  I like going to matinees.  There are all ways less people and getting out and and the sun is still out is nice.  Any who back to the movie.  I really like it.  Just like how the first two were different but some how the same.  This one has the same feel but is like a standalone movie at the same time.  They play tribute to the first two will some flash backs and some jokes which were nice.

All the actors did an awesome job.  Bane was great.  Was glad they did use the comic book type Bane that juice up to be come unstoppable.  When I first heard that Anne Hathaway was going to play catwoman, wasn’t too sure about that. But I was proven wrong.  She was the best  Selina Kyle “catwoman” ever.  Wouldn’t mind seeing her is a spin off.  Joseph Gordon-Levitt character was a nice touch as well.  He gets a nice twist at the end that I didn’t see coming.

Over all loved this movie.  Can’t wait to see it again and watch it on Blu-ray.  The only thing I didn’t like, like a lot of movies do is.  Its hard to make out they are saying in some scenes.   Go see this movie well worth every penny.

The Dark Knight Rises

We are getting closer to July.  July 20th that is.  What’s so special about that date? you might be saying.  Well that is when The Dark Knight Rises is out.  So can’t wait to see this movie just watched the newest trailer > here.   The trailer has an exclusive Nokia thing.  That doesn’t really matter because the trailer is awesome.  Get to see some new stuff.  I know some people don’t like to watch them so every thing is a surprise.  Watched it three times.  This will be one of the best movies of the summer.

The Dark Knight Rises Trailer #3

The third trailer for The Dark Knight Rises was released April 30, 2012.  Watched it three times all ready today (May 1, 2012).  I know today is not May 1.  You see I try to write my blog post days in advance.  My new goal is to have two to three written and ready to go.  Because some days it is hard to come up with a new idea every day.  Any who, back to the main subject, Batman.  This new trailer is pretty sweet.  Get to see more of the world.  Looking forward to see how the story unfolds.  The first movie as awesome.  The second was even better.  So this one should be the best.  From the new trailer it might just be.  Either way I know I will love it.  Can’t wait.

The Dark Knight Rises Trailer

You might be thinking what kind of Batman fan are you for talking about The Dark Knight Rises trailer now.  When it came out weeks ago.  Well I seen it weeks ago just never got around to taking about it.  Have to say it does look cool.  How ever not too sure if it will live up to how great The Dark Knight was.  I am hope it is on par or better.  The trailer does look interesting.  Know Bane is the main bad guy and Catwoman is in there.  Just hope they don’t though in a third.  That is what made the 90’s Batman movies not that good.  I know I will be seeing this summer.  It is out July 20, 2012.   Hope it doesn’t jump onto the 3D bandwagon.

The Dark Knight Rises Teaser

The teaser trailer for The Dark Knight Rises was released a few days ago.  Man it looks very cool just from the small bits you can see.  While it will not be out until a year from now, July 20, 2012.  So looking forward to see it.  The Dark Knight is one of my all time favourite movies and this new one should be on track to be on my favourite list.

The Dark Knight On Blu-ray

Back in July I picked up The Dark Knight on Blu-ray.  Got around to watching it today (Aug 23, 2009).  Would have watched it sooner but back in July but my PS3 was not working right.  Now that it is fixed and it was a storm day (hurricane Bill), I gave it a watch.  I have to say that Blu-ray does make a big differences.  The picture is nice and clear.  If you still haven’t gotten around to watching the movie need to go and get it.  One of the best movies of all time.

The Dark Knight On DVD

Well The Dark Knight is on on DVD today (Dec 9, 2008).  And it is awesome.  I picked up the two disc special edition.  Have not watched the second disc yet.  Plan to when I am done typing this.  Not going to review the movie again, since I did that back in July.  If you missed that you can read it here.  But I’ll cut to the chase I gave it a 5 out of 5 GT (GT = Good Times).   If you have not seen this go get it today.  It has to be one of the best movies of all time.

The Dark Knight Review

Holy crap, The Dark Knight was unbelievable awesome.  It has every thing that makes Batman awesome.  All the stunts and action scenes are ramped to the next level.  Of course I can forget to talk about the Joker.  The best Joker ever.  He played it like the Joker should be.  All the actors did the best job ever.  Maggie Gyllenhaal did a much better job than Kakie Holmes playing Rachel Dawes.  Aaron Eckart who plays Harvey Dent all so was great.  And this Two-Face makeup was crazy good.  They didn’t cheap out on the story.  They kept going till the whole story was told.

I so hope they make another one.

Best Batman movie.  A must watch and buy.
