Got the results back from the sleep apnea test I did last month. Now get to try out a CPAP machine. That stands for Continuous Positive Airway Pressure. It is a small machine with is attached to a hose and mask. Which you wear while you sleep. Have heard lots of people say they make a big difference. The machine is about the size of o WiiU. You can see the one I have > here. It is pretty straight forward to use. Get to try it for four weeks. The go from there. Will be trying it out the first time tonight. So will be back with a new post on how it goes.

I am being tested for sleep apnea. Am tired all the time so the doctor said I should get tested. Know a few people that bee been tested before. It’s know big deal. They just have to wear a contraption on their head. With tubs going into their nose. The one I got to use is petty small. It’s a blue box with some tubs. Had sensors inside the head band that track stuff. Wear it for one night. Take the device back the place. Then with in five days the will seen the results to the doctor. If I do have will have to buy some kind of machine I guess.
