The Walking Dead: The Complete Fifth Season

Every August, near the end the Blu-ray/DVD comes out for the The Walking Dead.  This year is know different.  On August 25, 2015 The Complete Fifth season will be out.  Much like other seasons there will be a few different versions.  There will be the DVD box set.  As well as the stranded Blu-ray set.  Then there is the special edition Lenticular Card cover Blu-ray.  Then there is the special edition Blu-ray what comes with a Funko Mini.  Of course that version is more money.  Just not sure if the extra money is worth the mini figure.  Just might buy that but then again I just have the plain version for the past season.  Can’t wait to re-watch season five over again because it was very awesome.

The Walking Dead Season Five Review

This season (five) of The Walking Dead as been amazing.  Every seasons manages to out do the one before it.  Nothing stays the same and you never know what will happen next.  Well for the most part.  By know we all know people are going to die.  However it all ways comes as a shock by who and how.  This season is know different.  All so like the past seasons the first half and second half feel like two different seasons in one.  That is because every eight episodes big things change.

So many cool things happened its hard to remember it all.  One of the be things is seen “W” carved into the walkers heads as well as trees.  Even at the begin of the season when they are Terminus there is one carved into a tree.  This and more is paid off in the season final.  When we see to members of the Wolves.  Think they will turn out to be the craziest and baddest “bad guys” let.  The season ended with a very good cliffhanger.  So now we have to wait until October to find out what happens next.  This season was the best.  It started of with the most kickass opening episode.  Then ending with you wanting more.  There are many reason why this show is so good.  My biggest one is you ever know what will happen next.

The Walking Dead Season 5 Second Half Trailer #2

There is now a second trailer out for the second half of season five of The Walking Dead.  A few weeks ago they had one out > here.  Which was very cool but didn’t show anything about the show it’s self.   This new one > here or below is a different story.  We get to see small glimpses of what’s next.  From what I seen in the trailer.  Going to guess there will be a big storm.  May be a hurricane or something like that.  Just about two and a half weeks to go before we can see what happens next.  Season five starts up again on February 8 ,2015.

The Walking Dead Season 5 Second Half Trailer

In less than a month the second half of season five of The Walking Dead will start.  Starts again on February 8, 2015.  It has been a long wait.  Not a fan of having to wait but on the same hand it’s a good thing.  Because it make each season seems like two.  There is a trailer out now.  Which you can see > here or below.  The trailer is really good.  For (the first time?) they made a trailer that doesn’t show any of the show.  It more like an art piece.

The Walking Dead Season 5 Half Way Review

The first half of season five for The Walking Dead ended on November 30, 2014.  It hard to believe that eight weeks have gone by all ready.  The think that makes this show so good is they are all way switching things up.  Unlike other shows when things happen they will have an answer for the actions.  Sometime it might be a few episodes later.  They don’t leave you in the dark for too long.

This season started of will the most action packed episode they have so far.  It was awesome.  The rest of the season while not as much action but things are building up.  Something even bigger will be going down for the second half of the season.  Episode eight ended in a big shock.  They still manage to surprise everyone even after five seasons.  Taht is how good the show is.  You can never tell what will happen next.   Now we just have to wait until February 8, 2015 to see what will happen next.

The Walking Dead Season Six

We are only days away from season five starting for The Walking Dead.  Which starts October 12, 2014.  The people at AMC have renewed the show for season six.  Knew there would be a season six.  There is no signs that the show has run it course.  It gets better and better every season.  In the past they would announce the new season after the one before has all ready started.  You can read about it > here.

The Walking Dead Season 5 Official Trailer

We are a little over two weeks way from season five of The Walking Dead starting.  October 12, 2014 is the day.  The people at AMC have put out one more trailer.  It may be only 30 seconds long but they packed a lot into it.  From what I can tell this season will have a lot more big action scenes.  Some of which are teased in the trailer.  Which you can see > here or below.  If you want to be surprised don’t watch the trailer.

The Walking Dead: Season Five Trailer

There is a new trailer out for season five of The Walking Dead.  It is only about a minute long.  But they packed a whole lot of awesome into one minute.  The only thing with watching trailers is it might give way some of  the plot of were they are going.  Since season four ended with them be trapped in a rail car.  So can’t wait to see what will happen next.  Season five starts October 12, 2014.  Check out the trailer > here or below.

The Walking Dead Companion Series

Back in October of 2013 there was news about there being a companion series for The Walking Dead.  Have good news AMC has a greenlighted a pilot.  This show would be set in the same world as The Walking Dead.  But would in a different place with new cast.  Think this is an awesome idea.  Not sure if this has ever been done before.  Have two shows in the same world that do not interact.  It would be nice when the season was over for Walking Dead this new one would start.  That way the waiting for the next season to start would seen less of a long wait.  Time will tell how all this will work out.  You can read about his new companion series > here.  Am sure I will be posting more info has it comes out.  In the mean time season five of The Walking Dead starts October 12, 2014.

Comic-Con Trailer: The Walking Dead: Season 5

It is San Diego’s International Comic-Con time again.  Just like last year The Walking Dead had their first trailer for  the new season shown there. Season five will kick off October 12, 2014.  Just like the two seasons before it their will be sixteen episodes broken into two parts.  From the trailer > here or below it is going to be one crazy ride.  The only thing I don’t like about the trailer is they kind of give way some what spoilers.  So don’t watch if are turned off by spoilers.  With that out of the way.  We see the at the group gets back together.  All see that Beth is not dead.  Am thinking this story line will be the jump off point for other series that was talked about last October.   That article is > here.
