The Boomtang Boys – Popcorn

For this weeks musical throwback Thursday.  Have picked Popcorn by The Boomtang Boys.  They have been around for a long time.  Mostly producing and remixing music.  Back in 1999 they put out their first album called Greatest Hits Volume One.  They had a few hits of the album but my favourite song is Popcorn.  While looking up info for this post turns out this is their version of the song first done by Gershon Kingsley in 1969.  There are a bunch of version on YouTube as well.  You can hear The Boomtang Boys album version > here.  When they were on the old Much Music show Electric Circus.   How ever I much like Microwave Mix which you can listen to > here or below.

Popcorn Indiana

Here to tell you about how awesome Popcorn Indiana’s Original Kettlecorn popcorn is.  Tried this a year or so ago.  Loved it.  So over the next few months bought a few bags here and there.   However have not bought any in a long time until today.  They were on sale.  Man, I was like Homer Simpson with my tongue hanging out.  It kind of tastes somewhat like a caramel corn.  There are different flavours but the original is my favourite.  So if you ever have the change to try this popcorn, do it.
