Days Of Play 2022

Forgot to talking about this.  A few days ago (May 25, 2022) the PlayStation Day of Play started.   They are having a sale in the PS Store as well as their mech store.  In past years other retailers would get into as well.  Not sure if that is happing.  The next time I am out will take a look around Walmart.  Would really like to the a new controller.  Don’t really want to play full price.  You can see the blog post > here.  The event ends on June 8, 2022.

Days Of Play 2021

The PlayStation Days of Play is coming back again this year.  It is all so going by a different name in spots, PlayStation Player Celebration.  They did this is that past as well.  it is a event you sign up for with you ID.  The goal is to from everyone to join in getting hours played and trophies.  When each it unlocks prizes of themes and avatars.  There will be three stages.   You have now (May 11, 202) to the 31 to sign up.  You can read more about it > here.

As for the Day of Play part.  The will be sales on game and other products.  There is not date yet.  They say it will kick off later in the month.  I do hope PlayStation Plus goes on sale.  As well as controllers.  Wanted to  get one last year but they never went on sale here.  May be there will be a few games on list going cheap as well.  We will find out soon.

Days Of Play 2020

Good news to share PlayStation’s Days of Play is coming back this year.  From June 3 to 17, 2020 there will be some great deals to be had.  So if you are looking at getting a new controller or some PlayStation Hits game now is the time.  Would like to get another controller.  But first I will get extending my PlayStation Plus membership.  12 months will be 30% off.  Did that last year as well.

Days Of Play 2019

Good news to share PlayStation’s Days of Play is coming back this year.  They started this last year.  For ten days Sony puts the PS4, accessories and some games on sale.  So it is a good time to buy a new controller if you are looking to get one.  All an awesome time to buy some PlayStation Hits games (guess others as well).  Last year they had them going for $20.00.  This time an even better price $10.00.  The sale runs from June 7 to 17, 2019.  So jump at getting some deals.

PlayStation Hits Update

Back in June (2018) Sony announced that the PlayStation 4 will be getting Greatest Hits version of games.  Which will be called PlayStation Hits.  There are 15 titles to chose from.  Well they have add some more to the list.  Some of them I can see but others not so much.  That being said. Cheaper games are all ways good.  A few of the standouts I would recommend from the new ones added are, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor and Batman Arkham Knight.

PlayStation Hits

Near the end of June (2018) Sony announced that the PlayStation 4 will be getting Greatest Hits version of games.  Which will be called PlayStation Hits.  There are 15 titles to chose from starting at $20.00.  There is a bunch I would like to get.  Since this was announced have been looking a local stores with no luck.  So decided to look on Amazon.ca.  They had some but there here is the kicker.  I could not order any of them.  It said they were reserved for Prime Members.  Well that it a kick in the pants.  Will have to check back later.

[Update] Looked them up again on Amazon.ca and the reserved thing is gone.  Now to decided which game to buy first.

PlayStation Hits

Not sure why Sony didn’t announce this news at E3.  Ever since the first PlayStation was out.  Once a game had sold so many copies the would come out with a Greatest Hits version.  Well the PlayStation 4 has reached that point now.  This time around they are calling them PlayStation Hits.  According to their blog post > here.   Starting June 28, 2018 you will be able to get these games for $20.00.  This is an awesome deal.  There is bunch I want to get.  Will have to keep my eye out at the local stores.  Here is the list of games below.
