Back in the begin of October (2020) made a post talking about jumping back into No Man’s Sky.  I have big time.  Had a weeks vacation and pretty much played it every night.  The games as been cross play for awhile now.  So was playing with a friend who own a copy on PC.  Must say it works great.  The voice chat works just as good.  Before I jumped back in think I had around 160 hours in that one save.  Loaded it up a few nights ago and it is or close to 190 hours now.  There are very few games I have many hours into.  Think GTA Online might be the most and this one might be the second.

Yes, talking about No Man’s Sky yet again.  After putting about 120 hours in still haven’t seen all of what the games has to offer.  I still haven’t done much of the story missions or have all the unlocks.  So thinking that is what I will try and do.  Not sure how long that will take.  Doesn’t really matter since the game is fun to play.  Even if I get board just put it aside for a bit and play something else.

No Man’s Sky Hours Played

Have been playing a lot of No Man’s Sky since the Synthesis Update was out.  That update add the ability to upgrade your class of your ship and the slots.  Before you had to find a better class ship or one with more storage.  Now you don’t have to.  Once you find one you like.  Just upgrade it.  Did manage to do this.  Thinking about doing it to another ship I have from back when I first played the game.  The last time I played looked at how many hours I put in.  It was 120.  That is a lot for one game in which I never really touched the story missions.  Not sure how much longer I will keep playing since my game back log keeps getting bigger.  But this games keeps pulling me back in.

No Man’s Sky Synthesis Update

It has been a good year for No Man’s Sky fans.  Back in the summer they put out the awesome Beyond update.  Then a few days back the put out another great one, Synthesis Update.  For a long time now you could have five ships.  The only way to every get rid of was to replace it with another.  Know you don’t have to because you can now scrap them.  Which give you items that can be sold for money or nanites.   So this means you can start scraping runs.  Find or buy ships to scrap for the parts.  When you do this you might get an “inventory augmentation”.  These let you upgrade slots in any ship you want.  Which is awesome.  So know any ship you own can get up to 48 slots.  Of course you can buy more inventory slots but it costs a lot.  With the nanites you can upgrade the class of you ship.  There is a lot more add with this update.  Click the ling above to see all the changes.

Have been spending a lot of time play No Man’s Sky since the Beyond came out in the middle of August (2019).   Think I put in another twenty hours or more in.  Have finished one of my goals which was to unlock all the slots in my suite.  Now I have started trying out the base building stuff.  Found a some what planet with good weather.  The only downside with this one is the are animals that keep attacking me.  Another thing they added Power.  You can make things that need to run off electricity.  Plan to give that a go as well.  There is some much in the game I never touched yet.  It is pretty much endless.  That is what is so great about it.   You can do what you want at your own pace.  If you are still on the fence about getting this game.  Now is the time.
