No Man’s Sky NEXT Hours Played

Am still playing lots of No Man’s Sky.  Think I have about 50 hours in since the NEXT update was out.  Have enjoyed very minute.  The game has been improved so much.  That being said really liked it when it came out back in 2016 as well.  That save file has over 50 hours on it was well.  Don’t think I will be stop playing anytime soon.  They have add so much more to do an look at.  In those hours played have only jumped three systems.  Have spent most of the time exploring each planet,upgrading my suit and making money to buy a better ship.  Had a nice one but it only had 18 slots.  The one day seen one very close looking to the one I have which was a C class.  This other one was an A class with 29 slots.  So that is what I have now.  If you haven’t tried this game yet or haven’t played it since the NEXT update.  Give it a shot, it’s well wroth it.

No Man’s Sky NEXT Patch 1.55

Have been playing a lot of No Man’s Sky ever since the NEXT update was out.  Have been enjoying my time.  Think I have close to 38 hours in.  Each week after that update they have been putting out patches.  As I am typing this (Aug 11, 2018) they are on patch 1.55.  Just like all patches it fixes a lot of things.  Then even changed how some of the games works.  One which stands out and makes the game way better is the launch fuel.  This is used to get your ship off the ground.  Before the patch you can take off four times before it ran out.  Then you wold have to refill it launch fuel canisters.  This would use three to four to fill up.  Which was a pain because you have to craft them or buy.  With this new patch it only takes one canister to refill the full amount.  This makes exploring so much better.

No Man’s Sky NEXT

Have been enjoying the hell out of No Man’s Sky now it has the NEXT update.  You know a game is good when you are not playing and are thinking about.  Have put about 25hours in so far (Mind you I was off the week the update was out).  Doesn’t feel like it.  It is one of the games time just goes by.  That is because you can go at your own pace.  There is a path to follow.  You don’t have too.  The exploring and craft have improved so much.  It’s fun to do.  Have played a bit of multiplayer.  My goal is to upgrade my suit so I can carry more things.  In turn so I can sell more stuff for more money.  My friends goal is to get lots of money now to buy a better ship.  So he is doing a lot of mining and selling.  I highly recommend getting a copy of this game.  If you own a PS4 am sure you can find copies pretty cheap now.

No Man’s Sky NEXT Hands On

I bought a copy of No Man’s Sky when it came out back in August 2016.  Really enjoyed the time played.  That being said have not touched it since November of that year.  Even when they put of the many updates.  Now that the NEXT update was out (July 24, 2018) decided to jump back in.  At first was going to just start from my original save.  But with all this new things add thinking it would be hard to figure everything out.  So started a new save file.

Going to say the game is so much better now.  Have had a blast playing so far.  They have add so much.  What I has seen so far that helps is there is a tutorial.  You start off with very little and not too far from your ship.  It gives you small quest to get you up and flying around.  Makes the game far less confusing. Going to keep playing.  It helps a friend has bought a copy so we can try out the multiplayer.  Which works great.  You stick together or go off and do your own thing.

No Man’s Sky NEXT Update

Been awhile since I talked about No Man’s Sky.  Bought this game when it first came out and enjoyed it.  There have been many fixes and updates along the way.  Just never really went back to the game.  There has been a lot of hate about it on the internet.  Thinking that will change when there new update.  Which they are calling NEXT will be out soon.  July 24, 2018 soon.  That is all so the day the game is out on Xbox One.  That version will have the the new stuff added.  The PS4 and PC version are get the update for free.  The only thing I know they are adding for sure in multiplayer.  As the day comes closer am sure there will get all kinds of info out.  Plan to jump back in to see all the changes.

[Update] Starting working on this post days ago.  Well today (July 17, 2018) there is new info and a trailer about this NEXT update.  You can see the trailer > here.  Over at the PlayStation Blog the have a nice post breaking down what this does to the game.  You can read that > here.  Some of the standout stuff for me, is being able to play with friends, build more than one base, and play in third person.  Of course there is a lot more than that.  Just read the link above.  Not sure how big the download file will be.  Don’t think it will be too big since the game it’s self is much smaller than most PS4 games.  Very much plan to check this out on July 24, 2018.

No Man’s Sky Update Next

Have not played No Man’s Sky in a very long it.  Bought this game day one and enjoyed it a lot.  There has been many negative things said about.  Since then there has been many updates along with three big ones, Foundation, Pathfinder and Atlas Rises.  Talking about this again because there is some new news. First off the game is coming to the Xbox One.  My guess the Sony contract is up.  The other big news there is a even bigger update in the works.  That they are calling Next.  There is no info on what this will entail yet.  Pretty sure we will find out soon.  If then are talking about in now.  There mostly likely find out more some time this month.
