Hope everyone had a fun and safe Christmas. We had a good one. Lucked out without loosing power. Feel bad for those who did. Like last year the meal turned out amazing. Have it done to a science now. Since it is Boxing day. It means time for the traditional hot turkey sandwiches, with left over stuffing and salad.
I hope everyone had a fun and safe Christmas. We had a nice quit one. Just like last year cooked the turkey breast with olive oil and it turned out amazing. Didn’t making my homemade stuffing. Went with Stove Top. It is better than I though it would be. However did have homemade rolls from a local bakery, which were really good. For tonight we are having the traditional hot turkey sandwiches.

Cooked a turkey breast with olive oil. It made it taste awesome. Didn’t have homemade rolls last year. This time managed to get some from a local bakery. Since it is boxing day hot turkey sandwiches are one the menu tonight.

There was even enough left over for today. Made sure to make extra dressing. The weather was very nice, a bit of sun and no wind. After eating spent the day listening to the radio. In the evening watched three movies.

Thankfully there are many leftovers for today. Spent most of the day relaxing and listen to Christmas music. Then some TV specials.

That being said. It was still a very good Christmas. There was lots to eat and everyone had a good time.

Try to pace myself but ended up eating way too much. It was well worth it thou. Now looking forward to a nice hot turkey sandwich. With left over dressing.
I hope everyone had a fun and safe Christmas. Last year there was lost of wind and some rain. This year however was really warm for the end of December. Think it was a 8°C. Went outside with just a light jacket on. As all ways my favourite part of Christmas the food. Which was awesome. The past few years couldn’t got back for seconds because I was too full. This year was still full but had to have more. Being Boxing day it just as good for food. Hot turkey sandwich’s it will be.
I hope everyone had a fun and safe Christmas. Last year there was all kinds of snow. This year however was a bit warm with lots of rain and wind. As all ways the food was awesome. Didn’t over eat. Which made it more enjoyable. Received a very nice book called Inside HBO’s Game of Thrones: Season 3 & 4. A few years back received the first book. This one is great. Full a behind the scenes info and pictures. As well as pictures from the show. Must confess the picture of the partridge (in a pear apple tree) was taken early in the month. Have to share it because it turned out nice. Looking forward to having hot turkey sandwich’s for dinner.
I hope everyone had a fun and safe Christmas. The sun came out here with blue skies. This was the first year in may years that we had a real white Christmas. The snow on the ground from the night before was light and fluffy. So that was easy to move. Had an awesome dinner with family. The turkey was the best in years. Think the best part of the day was when I seen a partridge in the neighbours yard. Then got even better when there were six dear in the our yard. Managed to get some really good pictures of them. You can see those below. So happy with the way they turned out. Think I am going to send one off to be printed to hand on the wall. Merry Boxing Day every one.
