There are only three musical throwback Thursday to go before Christmas.  So mind as well pick some Christmas songs.  My new all time favourite Christmas CD is A Christmas Gift to You by Johnny Reid.   The first song on it is I Heard The Bells on Christmas Day.  Some times is hard to get into the Christmas mode. We are getting closer to Christmas.  So I thought I would share one of my newish favorites.  It is I Heard The Bells on Christmas Day by Johnny Reid.  This is off his 2013 Christmas album called A Christmas Gift to You.  First heard in off the TV special that shares the same name.  Really like that special.  So had to go an by the CD.  It has become my all time favorite.  All the songs on there are good.  All so there is none of the shitty Santa/Rudolph/Frosty crap.  You can give it a listen > here or below.

Johnny Reid – Winter Star

Back at the beginning of December talked about Johnny Reid’s Christmas CD, A Christmas Gift To You.  And how it is my new favourite Christmas CD.  All the songs are here are great.  The song I am taking about today, Winter Star.   It was written by him which makes it a new Christmas song.  Which is an awesome song.  Up beat and very catchy.  Well worth your time .  Check it out > here or below.

Johnny Reid – A Christmas Gift To You

Talk about this CD, A Christmas Gift To You by Johnny Reid last year.  First heard and seen this with the TV special of the same name.  Last year I was a little late in the season taking about it.  It is now my favourite Christmas CD.  Every song on there is so well done.  There are new songs on there as well at real Christmas songs.  There is non of those frost, Santa and Rudolph crap.  Looking forward to see the TV special again.  Looked it up and it will be airing on Global on Sunday December 21 an again on the 25th.  Give one of the songs  > here, is the first song off the album called I Heard The Bells on Christmas Day.

Johnny Reid – A Christmas Gift To You

This past week there was a Johnny Reid Christmas special on TV.  I watched it and thought it was great.  So I had to check out the album in which the songs were from, A Christmas Gift To You.  After heard this album it is now my favourite Christmas CD.  If fact it might just replace Bony M’s CD.  Every song on this CD is prefect.  The one I like the most is Winter Star.  If you are looking for a gift for someone who is hard to shop for this is a good gift.

[Update]  Wrote this post days before Christmas.  So you might be done listening to Christmas music.  But keep this one in mind for next year.
