Inside HBO’s Game Of Thrones Book #2

Back in 2012 there was/is a companion book for the TV show Game of Thrones called Inside HBO’s Game of Thrones.  It covered the first two season with behind the scenes information and other things.  It was nice well made book.  Have a copy and enjoyed reading.  A few days ago found out they have a second one on the way called Inside HBO’s Game of Thrones #2.  It is not out yet.  Amazon.ca says it will be released November 11, 2014.  This one will cover seasons three and four.  Am sure it will be just as nice as the first one.  Will have to get myself a copy then it comes out.  The more Game of Thrones the better.

Inside HBO’s Game Of Thrones Book Review

Finished reading the book Inside HBO’s Game of Thrones which I received for Christmas.  Am a big fan of the TV show and all most have finished reading the first book.  This was a nice gift to get.   The book is very well made.  It has a soft good looking cover.  The pages are heavy stock filled with bright pictures and lots of good information about how the shows were made.  It is broken up in sections of each of the main families.   Each of the main characters gets their own break down.  From the people that make the show and the actors themselves.  Then go into detail on some the be big scenes of the two seasons.

Enjoyed reading this book.  Lots of good information.  But was a little disappointed with some of it.  Only because some of it was recycled.  Some of this information is on the commentary and extras on season one DVD’s.   Not that big of a deal.  It is well worth checking out and adding your collection of any fan of the show.

Inside HBO’s Game Of Thrones Book

Received the book Inside HBO’s Game of Thrones for Christmas.  It is one of the nicest put together books I have every seen.  Full of big and colourful pictures.  Have only read the first 40 pages or so.  So far it is very interesting.  They start off talking to the guys that run the show.  How the got it made.  I was surprising to read how long it was in the works.   It all so has a nice breakdown on each character and the house the belong to.  So far I really enjoy reading this book.  Will be back with a review when I am done.

Found another book I want to buy  it is called Inside HBO’s Game of Thrones.  It is a companion book to the first two season of the show.  It has all kinds of behind the scenes stuff.  With pictures, storyboards and the like.  Really love this show and still reading the books.  So this would be a nice one to add to the collection.  The Book description form Amazon.
