Game of Thrones: Season 8 Re-Watch

For the past couple of years was planning on re-watching season eight of Game of Thrones.  But ever got around to it.  Did watch the season when it came out back in 2019.  The when the blu-ray set was out, bought it.  Like there other seasons it sits on my shelf, just unopened.  So thinking it is time to watch them again. Since it has been so long may be I will like it even more or not.

Game of Thrones: Season 8 Re-Watch

It was last April I was planning to re-watch season eight of Game of Thrones.  But never got around to it.  Now that the show is back in the news.  It has been ten years since it first started to air.  Got thinking about it again.  Know this season got a lot of hate on the internet.  I wasn’t one of them.  Didn’t mind how it all ended at all.  It wrapped up the best any show could do.  Think I will watch an episodes every other day.

Fire Cannot Kill A Dragon Book

It was back in September (2020) that I first heard about Fire Cannot Kill A Dragon: Game of Thrones and the Official Untold Story of the Epic Series book.  Seen it on Amazon.ca > here.  Am a big fan of that TV show and the book series it’s based off of.  Was thinking about ordering a copy.  Well a few days ago while out early Christmas shopping seen they had copies at Walmart.  So I couldn’t pass it up.  Do hop it is a good read and not just fluff.  Will be back with a review at some point.

Fire Cannot Kill A Dragon Book

There is a new Game of Thrones book on its way.  Am still a big fan of the show and the books it’s based off of.  The full title of the book is Fire Cannot Kill A Dragon: Game of Thrones and the Official Untold Story of the Epic Series.  (Amazon.ca listing > here)  From what I have read about it talks about the show behind the scenes and the making of the show.  Am very interested in reading this.  It’s set to be out on October 6, 2020.  Of course it is a hardcover so it’s a bit pricey.  Will keep my eye on it.

Game of Thrones: Season 8 Re-Watch

It was last April (2019) that season eight of Game of Thrones started to air.  I know a lot of people were not happy how the show ended.  At the time and still now think the ending was fine.  Back in December the Blu-ray boxset was out.  Did buy a copy since I am a big fan and have all the other seasons.  Just haven’t re-watched the episodes yet.  So that is what I plan to do.  Just to see if I still think the season was good as I remember.

Game of Thrones: Season 8 Blu-ray

The last seen of Game of Thrones (season eight) ended back in May (2019).  Since then wondered when it would be coming out on Blu-ray.  Have all the other seasons.  Want to complete the set.  Was thinking it might be out soon.  Looked into it.  Turns out we have to wait until December 3, 2019.  I know lots of people out there didn’t like how it ended.  I however liked it.  Sure it would have been nice to have more episodes.  But everything must come to and end.

Game Of Thrones Season 8 Episodes Info

Less then a month to go before season eight of Game of Thrones starts.  It has been long rumored that the six episodes would have longer run times.  Well HBO has put out info on when each episode airs and how long they will be.  The first two will be just shy of an hour.  Then rest will about two hours long.  So the total run time will be about the same as past seasons.  Mark your calendars for April 14, 2019.

Game Of Thrones Season Eight Trailer

With about a bit over a month to go before season eight of Game of Thrones.  HBO was finely but out a full trailer.  Oh man, it looks amazing.  It packs a lot of awesome in a two minutes.  I like that we get to see some faces we haven’t seen in many seasons.  So hyped up to see that happens.  April 14th is the day it starts.  As for the trailer you can see it > here or below.  Have watched it four times all ready.

Game Of Thrones Season Eight Teaser Trailer

It has been teased for months now that season eight of Game of Thrones would start in April 2019.  This will be the last season of the show.  It will consist of six episodes.  While that does seem like a small number.  Have read that some might be really long.  Do have some new info to share on January 14, 2019 they announced that season eight will start date, April 14th.  With that they put out another teaser trailer.  It has Jon, Sansa and Arya walking in the crypts of Winterfell.  While they walk by dead family members with their voices playing the the background.  Then things start to get cold.  It is pretty cool.  You can see for yourself > here or below.  So can’t wait to see what happen next.  Will find out in three months.  But first plan to re-watch season seven.

Game Of Thrones Season Eight News

It has been a long wait but there is some real new about season eight of, Game of Thrones.  HBO have said that season eight will start in April 2019.  But they didn’t give what day let in April.  Am sure we will find out that info soon enough.  By then it will be about a year and half since season seven ended.  This is a very long time to wait.  That being said I think these last six episodes will be like unlike anything we have ever seen before.  All at some point there will be a official trailer out.  Will be back with another post when that happens.
