A few days ago, (April 28, 2021) there was another hotfix out for Cyberpunk 2077. This would be update 1.22. Early in the month they has a bigger one out with 1.21. From what I have read this one is fixing problems from the patch before it. Only briefly tired out the last patch. Need to jump back into this game. From the hours I have played, had a good time. Just got away from it playing the new No Man’s Sky updates and lots of Red Dead Online.

There is another update, 1.21, out now for Cyberpunk 2077. This one is more of a hotfix as they calling it. Not sure how big the file is since I haven’t had my PS4 for a few days now. However think it will be some what large from what I see they have fix, in their patch notes. Which you can read > here. I need to jump back into this game. Liked what I played so far and I barely touched the story.
[Update] The patch is 25GB on PS4.
