Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time

When Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time came out back in 2020 it has been on my to buy list.  Just never got around to it.  Has happy to hear it is one of the July (2022) PlayStation Plus games.  So downloaded it right way.  It has the same gameplay we all know and love.  However with much needed modern touches as well.  The feature I like the most is.  There are no set number of lives.  When you die and you will, it starts you back at the last checkpoint.  With fast load times.  You can change this at anytime to have the old school set number.  So far have played four levels.  Liking what I am seeing and playing.  Even if I did die 13 times in the third level.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time Trailer

There has been rumors and a few leaks saying there will be a new Crash Bandicoot game.  They turned out to be true.  On June 22, 2020 they announced Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time.  This is a great title.  A nice play on words.  Since there will be time related elements in the game.  All so it is about time there was a new Crash game.   As you can see from the trailer > here or below the game looks amazing and funny.  Watched an interview with one of the makers and he said there will be two modes.  An old school one where it plays like the old games.  Once you run out of lives you have to start over. The other one if you die it will take you back to the last check point.  Think this is a nice touch.  The best apart there is a release date, October 2, 2020.  I can’t see this one being delayed or pushed back.
