DC Universe Infinite

The online comic services DC Universe Infinite has been in Canada since March 2022.  Have blogged about this before and really would like to try it out.  However unlike in the states which lets you user a computer there is only the app version here.  Don’t own a device that can run this.   I have an Samsung Galaxy Tab 4.  Which I bought eight years ago.  So don’t think that will work.  But may be it’s worth a try to see it if will connect to the internet.

DC Greatest Events

There is a book I would like to buy about DC Comics called, DC Greatest Events.  As you may guess from the title.  It talks about all the really big stuff that happed in the DC Multiverse.   The book its self is big and a page count of 200.  So there will be lots of interesting things to read.  However the price point is holding me back a bit.  At the time of typing this (November 16, 2022) Amazon.ca is asking $47.00.  Might wait to see if it goes on sale at some point.

DC Universe Infinite In Canada Now

In my last post taking about DC Universe Infinite coming to Canada (January 2022) was hoping it would be some time this year.  Well there is good news to share, it is here now.  The put out a  blog post > here (March 28, 2022) talking about and its plan for other countries.  All so in that post they talk pricing.  If you sign up with in the first 30 days you can get a years membership for $60 plus tax.  What will stay the price as long as you keep the membership.  After 30 days it will be $90.00 plus tax a year.  There is monthly ones as well for $10.00 plus tax.   Not sure how it really works.  Just know you have to download an app off Google Play or the Apple store.  Am interested but need to find out if this will work on my computer since I my tablet is very old and out dated.  Will be back with an update once I look into it more.

DC Universe Infinite In Canada – Some Day

Was hoping that DC Universe Infinite would have came to Canada last year (2021).  From what I original read it was to be out some time that summer.  This is a paid service that lets you read thousands of DC comics.  If the price was right wouldn’t mind giving it a try.  Sadly it is still not available here.  May be 2022 will be the year.  If some new news pops up will be back with an update.

DC Universe Infinite

A few years back DC but out the service called DC Universe.  It was a streaming platform where you could read comics and watch DC related movies and shows in the US.  With plans to come to other countries.  Well that has gone away.  The shows moved to HBO Max.  There is some good news.  The other day they announced a newish service called DC Universe Infinite.  This time it will be all about the comics.  It will be starting in the US on January 21, 2021.  They said it will roll out in other places some time in the summer.  Being in Canada am sure if they stay true to their words it will be here.  The only problem might be the price.  In the US it will be $8.00 a month or $75.00 a year.  My guess it will be a lot more here. Thinking about $12.00 a month to a $100.00 a year.  Will be keeping my eye on it.  If or when it comes to Canada just might give it a try.

LEGO DC Comics Superheroes – Justice League: Gotham City Breakout

It is not a surprise that there is another  LEGO DC Comics Superheroes movie coming out.  This new one is called Justice League: Gotham City Breakout.  The story has Batman going on vacation.  While the rest of the Justice League watch over Gotham.  Have seen all these LEGO DC movies.  Each one looks visual better than the one before it.  This one looks amazing.   You can see for yourself with the trailer > here or below.   It all so nice to that they are bring in more characters.  It will be out on July 12, 2016.
