Grand Theft Auto Online Summer Update

There is now a summer update for GTA Online.  They are calling it Los Santos Summer Special.  They are adding new co-op work though the Yacht’s.  All so new business battles and adversary modes.  There will be more vehicles along with open wheel ones.  As with the open wheel cars there will be a open wheel race creator.  This stuff all sounds fine.  But I was hoping for something cooler.  They gloss over one feature they mention at the bottom of the post.  You can know own eight properties.
