Fitbit Charge Review

Fitbit.jpgHave had my Fitbit Charge for over a month now.  So think it is time for a review.  The main reason I bought one was to track my sleep.  Have worn it every night.  Know it’s not going to be a hundred present accurate but a good guild.  On average get about six hours of sleep and wake up about 30 times a night.  Not sure if that is bad or normal.  Plan to see a doctor soon.

As for the device it’s self is very well build.  The material is very light.  After wearing it for a while you don’t even feel it.  It is very simple to use.  There is only one button on the side.  You set option and what not though the website.  You can use a smart phone with Bluetooth or you can use a computer.  It come with a a USB dongle.  Once you install the program.  The USB syncs with the Fitbit.  Then a webpage opens.  That is were you can set options for the device its self.  All so set up diet and exercise stuff.

Over all am very impressed it.  Wear it to work every shift, wear to bed every night and have not had any problems with it.  The battery is impressive as well.  Can get over a week on one charge.  The battery charging doesn’t take long, about two hours.  If you are looking into getting one of these fitness trackers this is a great model to buy.
