Rednex – Cotton Eye Joe

There are two reasons why I picked the Rednex’s version of Cotton Eye Joe for this weeks musical throwback Thursday.  One because I remember this song from back in the ‘90’s.  The seconds was because they used it on Family Guy this past Sunday (January 11, 2015).  The episode was called Our Idiot Brain.  While looking info on this song.  It turns out version of this song is pretty old.  Wikiipedia says its from pre-1861.  How ever the most famous is the Rednex’s version from 1994.  Which you can check out > here or below.
