The newest DC Universe Animated movie is called Superman vs. The Elite. It will be out June 12, 2012. From the Wikipedia page this will be the 13 movie in this line of films. Seen them all and think I own but one. Will have to go look. Any who. Like last movies this one is based of a graphic novel. Called “What’s So Funny About Truth, Justice & the American Way?”. It looks interesting. While I am not the biggest Superman fan I will buy this because I like these movies and to add to my collection.

I think those not familiar with the original comic, and that is much of the video buying public, may be caught a little off guard by some of the premises put forth by these features.
Where was the Justice League in this film? Superman seemed awful lonely.
